Back in the 90s their was this animated music video on the disney channel ( the song was featured in one of their movies or something)

I have been trying to remember the name of the band for ages the characters (or band mates) were to men if I remember one was larger possibly bald and the singer was short with blueish hair.

They have another song a bout a girl named like omabalagirae or something
