Is that from a seller called Toy2Kid? - I yeah, I got that set a while back, and I'm not really in regret of buying it. The packaging quality is great, as are the disc designs and so forth, they seem to fit with the actual episodes contained on them. They look like something you'd buy in a store, and I wouldn't be surprised if these are HK rips of Japanese releases.
The subtitles are really literally translated HK style, yes. They tend to mess a lot of the names up, amongst other things like locations, but the picture quality is quite good, they contain the episode openings/endings for each episode, also, the previews and recaps of the previous episodes, and so forth. All of the discs have the English subtitles, and fairly decent looking menu systems.
Also, there's often a few special features on some, including Devil Fruit Abilities played out in a video montage style, with descriptions and so forth, and an art gallery with production art of characters and locations.
The movies are amazingly great quality, obviously taken from a Japanese release, and contain the respective specials, not so bad subtitles, and usually, interviews with cast members/stage shows/behind the scenes for the movie, if they have any.
The bad thing about them all? - Some episodes have bad picture quality, and you can tell that they've been downloaded, or something. You can watch them without a problem, but the picture isn't exactly crisp and clear, as most of the episodes are. This is also the case for the Winter Special, too.
Anyhow, if you have the money to waste, I'd say go for it. It's a cheap and easy way to own a bulk of the episodes/movies, obviously.

1 once got a DVD set of One Piece from ebay it was lyk 1-120 and the video quality was decent, subbing was understandable but the names were all messed up…. you'd be better off getting fansubbed One Piece since the quality is so much better

_Yeah, maybe so, but I'm not a big fan of having to sit at the computer and watch them. Besides, it would've taken me weeks and weeks to download everything I bought, for one thing.
I suppose there's no harm in either choice, really._
