The capital is famous worldwide as the city of music. Mozart was Austrian and Beethoven lived there for at least a couple of years.
The top hat is a late 19th century thing, it has nothing to do with the British.
I'll give you the tea though, Austrians seemed to prefer coffee from when I lived there. -

When you completely stop paying attention to one piece so that in a couple of months, there will be mega load of new episodes/chapters to read/watch. Just so that when u come back it will be all the more satisfying then just watching/reading 1 new episode/chapter per week.
