Garp is like an older crazier Luffy.
Crocadile is easily the best villain this series has had, except maybe for Arlong. As Arlong lost to Hannybal, bt Hannybal then got beaten by Croc, by extension its like Croc beat Arlong… but not in a fair fight. Or something.
Eh, I'll go with garp, Croc is probably gonna win this anyway. Its a tough one tho.

Croc will prolly win but I shall go with Garp. Guy cracks me up whenever he shows up and he throws cannonballs with his bare hands. Also he fought to death several times with the Pirate King. If THAT ain't badass, then I don't know what it is.
