By that definition half the stuff posted here isn't true HQ. XD
Also to add, bluring tones and other stuff together don't make them HQ either.

I think he just compared this release to binktopia. So half the stuff here supposed not to be hq. And binktopia is very close to tankobon HQ. Other one is LQ.

Yeah, good point, binktopia's releases are pretty good for the most part.
Though the page he posted there looked different than the one I was looking at. o-o…weird.
Edit: Oh...they did two versions. That makes sense. :v

yea i did compare it with bink's scan… which comes very close to HQ...
and totally agree that more than half of stuff posted here isn't HQ
