A quick scan shows two things:
No captain with 600 million bounties or corny nickname like fire angels, so those were totally fake. There were a fleet of 43 ships of WB's allies.
Also no mentioning of Luffy being 3-5 years old when he met Ace/Dadan for the first time, so stop the whole "Oda made a mistake" talk.

Most likely, the four shown in the same page goes with the names given to them, in order.
Free Knight Doma on the far right, next banana head with lightning shaped beard is Thunder Lord Makugai, the two ugly men Decalvan Brothers, and tongue-lashing out pirate with the spider tatoo on his forehead is Maelstrom Spider Squad.No names are given for the following page pirates, including the one suspiciously looking like Lola's mother.
