I'm a mahjong player, and don't really like poker, but I learned hold 'em because it offers some training for mahjong.
I still have a rather low opinion of the game but I'll play you if you've got time.

I recently learned how to play it myself. Never managed to form a Yakuman hand though. Not once :< Though I only started like a few days ago so^^

I played poker pretty recently with a group of my friends (10 of us), I got second. The buy-in was $20, the winner got $160 and second got $40, so I won $20 which i was pretty happy about. A couple of years ago we use to play alot more regularly and I would usually do pretty well. Won it a couple of times, it is good fun.
Went to the Casino last week and won $70 also…

I've gotten all four aces in an opening hand once in a three person game. No royal flush, though.
back in high school poker was a weekly thing for my friends and I.
one time I got dealt pocket two's, and two other two's came up on the flop and the river, so I was set. but at the same time it gave my friend a full house. So he goes all in and I call, man that was a sweet victory.

I play poker for some years now! on the internet and in the casinos.
a big hand I will always remember is in a cash game in the casino, I get AA and an A comes in the flop two guys went allin and I won all their money the very next hand I get AA again and the 2 guys refilled and went allin again preflop , with another A on the flop I won more then 1500 Euros that night with just a 70 Euro buy-in.
Unfortunately I never had a royal flush but I got once a queen high straight flush.

^ Well to be honest I don't remember their hands but it wasn't kk or qq, they were surely on tilt from the first hand.
I used to play Texas hold em pretty much everyday in High school… It was pretty funny becaus we were not allowed to play about money (becaus of some guy threatening an other guy who owned him money with a knife becaus of poker...) but ofcourse everyone played about money anyway. Normaly we were 10 guys or so playing. Everyone had to pay 50 kronor to join (8 USD or something like that), and the winner took it all. I remember winning 2.500 (About 400 USD) kronor one week. That was really good times. I dont really like internetpoker, it's much funnier to play irl. Makes me really wish that I was still in Highschool...
