Well this is the first proper topic I have started so I am here to ask: What is your favourite anime openings/endings? (Non OP)
Basically I llike Flame of Recca's nanka shiawase and pretty all of the endings and openings of Gundam Seed & Destiny (they have excellent music) like Anna ni isshodatta no ni and Realize.
So what's yours?

Oh god, I have to choose? There's so many good ones out there…
All the openings of Fullmetal Alchemist are incredibly good...
The most recent Naruto opening has been good as well...
Bleach's opening is oddly appealing, despite being rap...
Slayers, Lost Universe and Saber Marrionette J all have great openings from Megumi Hayashibara...
MADLAX's opening is simply fun to listen to...
All four seasons of Digimon have wonderful openings...

However, closing is easy. Rie Fu, Life is like a Boat, Bleach closing 1. Utterly beautiful song.
I have a lot of favorite openings, but not as many endings. The openings tend to get me psyched for a series and can exponentially influence my opinion of it.
Nadesico- "You Get To Burning": Great beginning with what sounds like a Spanish bullfight (sort of).
Dual!: I forget the name, but I can't forget the beat. It's catchy and it pulls you into the show.
Bo-bobo Bobobo - "Wild Challenger": Rock on! Great, fun stuff that gives a hint of the series' zaniness.
Hajime No Ippo– "Under Star": It captures the excitement and determination of Ippo and his quest to be a boxer. Another great j-rock song.

FLCL-- "Ride on Shooting Star": My first introduction to the Pillows and it remains one of my favorite songs of all time.

I am a big big big BIG fan of "Orange Range", and so I adore the opening to "Bleach".
Cowboy Bebop's opening… Kino's Journey's opening has a pretty song... Hellsing's opening is extremely cool... and I like the "Fighting Dreamers" (what's it called again?) Naruto opening, as well as Orange Range's Viva Rock Naruto ending.
Edit - Rie Fu's Life is like a Boat (Bleach) is a really pretty song that has a lot of personal meaning for me (it was my best friend's favourite song, she left, blahblah) so I love that one 
My favourite anime opening, be it because of animation or the song, has always been and always will be ''Night of Summer Side'' from ''Kimagure Orange Road''.
Don't ask me why, but even after so many years I can't stop listening to it. Nyu.
The fourth Naruto opening is GO!! I like that one, but my favorite is the most recent, simply because it fits so well with the current story arc.

Sadly our stupid local TV broadcaster censored all the other openings of that series (they were good) because of some of the nudity in them. And this supposedly mature series is shown on a kids channel XD

I agree. I got the soundtrack from FLCL. My favorite song they did was "Funny Bunny". It's the one that plays at the beginning of the 6th episode.

Hey, I like ROCKS! I even Karaoked it for a Karaoke presentation in my japanese class.
… Yeah, I'm pathetic.
I like the Cobra themes. They're so…..70s, and badass. Plus the end song is really sweet. Those and "Waiting So Long" from Berserk.
And Namie Amuro's "Come," the 7th Inuyasha ending. Oh God, I was obsessed with this song for like, a year.
Other songs I like are just the 80s sounding ones, like the Ranma themes, The Guyver themes, the YYH themes, and the DB themes.
Oh! And Makoto Kawamoto's "1/2," from Rurouni Kenshin.
Wow there are waaaaay too many of these…. ok I'll list some that come to mind:
some personal 'classic' favorites: Bokura no Bouken ~Adventure~ (Gorudoran), 100% Yuuki (Nintama Rantaro)
Gundam ones tend to be good too: all G Gundam themes, all Gundam Seed (Nakashima Mika, Tamaki Nami, T.M.Revolution particularly)
Meitantei Conan: Kuraki Mai (Always, Secret of my Heart, Winter Bells, etc.), B'z
Oh yeah, L'arc~en~ciel - Ready Steady Go
And A LOT of others that I didn't mention..... including obscure ones... like Gasshuberu themes and Digimon themes lol. I don't know how they do it but somehow anime themes end up being really really good songs.........
That would have to be the opening to the dubbed wersion of One Piece. I just think it sounds so cool (I can't wait to see how many people disagree with me).
