I'm off to a convention in October so i've given plently of time to prepare, I want to cosplay as Nami but I'm not sure what costume to use. 
I want something easy but one that everyone will recognise, I also have the problem of Nami's skirts having the yellow rings on the side. Does anyone have any suggestions??

Nami's most recognizable costumes are probably her first one, the Alabaster outfit, and her Enies Lobby outfit, though personally I really like the Water 7 outfit with the tie too, especially if you don't feel like showing too much stomach. For the rings on the side I used that craft foam stuff…uh..y'know, the kind they sell in sheets, it's plushy... I sewed them into the skirt and they worked very nicely because they're pretty flexible but keep a good shape. Good luck on your costume!
