as we all know impel down was preaty bashed up by luffy and every one. so im wondering if it is still possible for impel down to maintain order again. i thruthly think not. the former vice chief is still at hand and i just cant beleve black beards doomed. also if that happens i think the world goverment might be completly demolished by the end of the next arc.
