I would love to see more past characters return. I always thought Kuro was a really good villain, really smart and I liked how he lifted his glasses with the end of his palms. I liked how someone mentioned Kuro lifted his glasses like that, because he has not forgotten how to fight.
Kuro could come back with a DF or just has complete control of Shakushi.
I know he didn't want to continue being a pirate, but he could have changed his mind. Sounds dumb, but hey that is what I would like to see. -
I want to see Chopper with a decent bounty.
The good thing is that he will have a normal life at the end. Bounty hunters will not bother going for such a small price.

i was thinking that as well it would be cool if it was a giant beetle then usopp could ride it while he used his horns as his sniping weapon

We allready have Big Mama, Shanks, rest of WB, Hancock, Jimbey, Crocodile, Mihawk (at least not against)… So 3/4 of the strongest pirates the yonkous on luffys side and 3.5 of 7 shichibukai. Oh, and I don't think that the replacements will be that much tougher than the old ones, otherwise they would have allready been replaced. If he works in the bound with them, he could face the WG, if the start making trouble.
