On the hats, "Marine" is spelled "Mrine" or it looks like if it was but the animation is alittle blurry

I did a search for "continuity" and "consistency" and nothing came up, pertaining to this type of thing. Also, I didn't think to check the "General" forum as this applies to the Anime. It's a lot easier to mess things up in animation than manga.
