If you were a pirate heading for Raftel, who would you want on your crew? It doesn't matter if they're already part of another crew, in the Marines, dead, filler, or even OC. About 10 members (including yourself) should be enough.

Luffy, Ace, Shanks, Doflamingo(only because I don't know what if any limitations there are to his power), Magellan, Iva, and Inazuma nearly made it, but you said 10, not 20 or so. Some could be switched around, hence having all the "can't decide"s. Also this will probably change when their full abilities are actually shown.
Anyway, basic reasoning for picking all these: need strength to get through the Grand Line, and a few of them seem to have an easy time getting through it with only a few people or solo (Mihawk), so it's not like navigating/cooking/etc. should be an issue. Even if something was needed, Kuma could just puni someone to an island that'd solve our problem and then we'd just carry on with our massively overpowered and admittedly boring for lack of any challenge journey. Except Urouge would be a challenge, in fact he'd be our final challenge in getting the One Piece, seeing as it's his pillar and we'd have to wrest it from his cold dead hands, a task that I don't think even these 10 could do without powering up.
Also just fyi, this would be a different list if it was favorite characters, but it's who I'd want on a crew heading for Raftel so… Unfortunately some of my favs I don't think would cut it atm(I'm looking at you, Iceburg-san, Captain Buggy, etc).
(and yes, I cheated and failed to include myself in the 10, thus making my crew 11, but hey, there were 11 Supernovae and they kicked ass, amirite?)

Don't most Devil Fruit names only have two or four syllables? Plus, there's not much flow in "Mangaka Mangaka no Mi". Maybe "Kami Kami no Mi".

Ack, I forgot Pandaman too. You know he's uberpowerful when he can change genders w/o Iva (Amazon Lily), appear in flahsbacks (time travel anyone?), and makes it seem like he's everywhere at once. Also, since he was in two places at once (ID lvl 5 according to the list and lvl 4), I'm starting to believe that he is a metaphysical being. I really need to revise that list now. btw, shinpanman, youre crew would be one of my favorite ones so far in terms of being fun :) I'd switch Margaret for Iceburg and Gonbe for Tom though and add Kokoro for the cheater 10th spot. Gonbe's not needed to get the full fun of Tom's Workers with a DON. Though throwing out Margaret means throwing out this group's best "hat"…
Edit- Duval and Crocus would be entertaining too, too bad Duval'd get annoying really fast. Buggy and Ace would be fun to have around too. Grr... too many fun characters for me to wanna make a second "fun crew" list. Thoug if I could have a limit of like 50, I'd do it. Whitebeard that shit up w/ divisions and stuff. lol

Kizaru (lookout/scout/spy-type person, he can move at lightspeed, gotta be handy for searching and for getting out of failed spy situations, he's an admiral too, so if he secretly became a pirate… he could double as sniper/gunner too with his lasers of death)

Enel (navigator, mantra could be used for this I'm sure)
