I agree wholeheartedly! Nero is… incredibly generic, but I do like his version of Rankyaku.

And wow. Franky pulled out so many awesome tricks for this chapter... I have no idea which one I like the most! The nails one was pretty cool, as was the "Star Shield".. and i knew he'd have one of those finger guns! "Ouch Finger"?! :lol: But I really have to wonder what the centaur thing will do, though.

Momo, is "Parage" possible as the title? I'm not sure if it's a word that's used when speaking of plastic surgery, so I'm not positive that's what it is. You would be the better man for this job, anyway, 'cause you're in France.

Wow. It seems to me that Oda is really having fun making all of those attacks for Franky. Star Shield, that nail attack, Ouch Finger, and of course…Backwards Centaur Mode.

Sanji's battle was great, espically near the end where he beats Wanze's face in until it looks better.

Though I wonder if when seeing Calipha, will he act like his normal way around women, or will he be like when Nico Robin first appeared at the end of Whiskey Peak, where he pointed a gun at her.

I second that. Man.. this chapter really kicked me in the ass. Even reading the spoilers and just expecting the centaur. Franky pulling off more moves is a good day to me, not to mention interaction with CP9. This arc.. is just too incredibly awesome.

Oda has put so much energy in franky… franky is such a great guy with so much abilities, which oda has shown us... we have seen now way much more from franky than from pauly. his whole past, all the attacks and this creepy weaknesses ( XD ).... Franky will be the next member. If not... it would all be wasted.

Franky has got so many moves it is rediculous. I love that Master Nail one. Who needs a nail gun when you've got Franky around? That guy is too cool and I can't wait to see what this centaur thing is going to turn out like.

Ok, and I just love how Oda gives Wanze some reconstructive surgery simply through Sanji kicking his face to mush. So stupid but so funny nevertheless.

I hope the story stays on Puffing Tom next week, especially around Sanji. As much as I want to see Franky's centaur wackiness, Sanji is really in some serious shit now. Well whatever it is it'll definatly be pretty sweet as always.

great chapter. so now there's only cp9 left on the train, there are way to many people on the rocket man to fight only them, I really hope that the fights will happen on eneas lobby! I would like to see some strong opponents, not these freaky one's like wanze or t-bone. Can't imagine what will happen to sanji, but I hope he won't start a fight

It's not really like people were saying "he's the new member, I bet!" it's just that people said they'd be suprised if he isn't after all this.

Wanze's cute face and thick body reminded me of Pearl. So did the fact that Sanji beat his ass.

I agree that at this point with all we've seen from Franky, it will be kind of surprising, not to mention disappoionting, if he doesn't end up on the crew. Oda has really done a great job making this guy a fan favorite. I still think that Paulie has a better chance of joining the crew, but damn, Franky is so friggin cool.

Awesome awesome awesome and wonderful.

Sanji has passed several safety limits with the badass mobile. Wanze's… even more freaky, but I loved how he got his ass kicked. Sanji busting in on CP9 is just... Sheesh. Makes my insides itch with anticipation.

And while I still think Nero kicks ass, I agree the limitations of his moves are getting a little repetitive. Luckily, Franky more than makes up for it and I foresee a swift ass-kicking for Nero.

Argh, now I'll be agonizing over this for several days. I do hope Rocket Man busts right in to the Puffing Tom so that Sanji gets to fight CP9 along with the rest, but things are heading to him confronting them right now... Which does not bode well.

Yes, the Decoupage gets sweeter by the second. A much better owning than the Gyuuki Yuzume, imo.

Sanji's right in front of them, and could probably run. But even if he didn't hey, he did pretty awesome. I remember suspecting that he'd been beaten half to death by them way back in the 341 thread.

Sanji could probably hold his own against one CP9, but all four original members? I think he's gonna get beat pretty damn quick unless Rocketman catches up really soon. With all the ass-kicking Sanji has been doing these last several weeks, I think I can accept CP9 beating him now.

Sanji's probably gonna be taken captive now, he's kicked a lot of ass already, beating CP9 alone would be stretching it a bit. Either that or the Rocket Man crashes into the Puffing Tom before it gets to a showdown.

Hmmm… I don't see Sanji taking on all of CP9 by himself, but I also don't see him having to.

Lucchi is kind of a jerk to the other members. He'll probably tell one of them to take care of Sanji. Then things get.... interesting. One on one vs Blueno, Kaku or Califa I can see Sanji maybe putting a serious hurting on one of them. Of course he just finished one fight so maybe not.

We might also see one of them start to own up on Sanji and a furious Robin stop them. That would kick an enormous amount of ass. I would love to see Robin step into this fight. A little confrontation, Lucchi gets up and cops attitude, and Luffy rockets into the train, hopefully with Zoro in tow.

That would be cool. Not that it will happen. Somehow I expect Oda to surprise us again. He is good at that.

Zoro's moves were awesome, but I really liked two things here:

1. Sanji got him in the neck
2. That face Wanze flew to CP9 with was just priceless

I dunno how much CP9 would know about Wanze, but seeing a CP7 fighter get served like that should earn him some points with them.

As for what was said about Robin (which I totally missed; I just kind of looked at the pages) I'll reread it and see. I just kinda flicked through the pages at first…

I think this chapter was…Meh.
IMO, the best part was the Franky-Nero fight; Wanze got Owned to quickly and too easily. I was going "dammit freak, make Sanji earn this victory!" Especially now that he's facing Cp9.
And maybe it's just me, but I love Nero and his agility, and can't wait to see it animated.

And concerning the cover page/Sanji's bounty issue...I think he'll get a 40-60 million bounty too, based on how well he does against Cp9. But I think his "actual" bounty, as a measure of power, should be higher. After all, mr 3 is said to have killed an 42 mil. pirate- Sanji owned him even more than Wanze. Assuming mr 4 is the only exception to the Baroque power hieracy, Bon Clay's should have been higher than that- And Sanji's therefore even higher.
