Yes, they can, but you see, you can't just have threads like 'Luffy'
Or else people could make one for each and every character they like.

Yes, I do quite like Luffy, but I like a few other Straw Hats better,
to me, Luffy just seems a bit too generic in his appearance ...Hmmm ...
