I want to follow the androids adventures forever, I love every second of screen time that they get. They actually made #16 likable.
It's the TeamFourStar Thread with DBZ Abridged and Pokemon things

Black Leg,
I love your Bartolomeo (sp?) pic. Really hysterical and it captures him perfectly.
On topic, we need more Popo all around. -

Too bad one of them's leaving in about 2 or 3 episodes (unless they do a Nail/Ghost Nappa bit). And, come to think of it, first form Cell's leaving too. Man, I wish we could see more of him.
-
As of now, I'm a little tired of the Androids, but I sure can't get enough of Cell. I'm sure they can make his forms awesome, I'm just wondering HOW - HOW CAN YOU MAKE PERFECT CELL INTERESTING?!
Can't wait for the Trunks/Vegeta VS Cell fight, when Vegeta fucks up everything.

British accent and over sophisticated?
-
Why are you backflipping?!
This was amazing.
-
I dunno. This one felt a little slow to me, but nice Christmas present anyway.
-
"It means God. Now bow."
Gotta admit, that was a super badass line.
-
So in the new dragon ball game were you can create your own character, you can give it abridged Nappa voice.
Best game ever.
Edit: its voice 8 around 17 minutes. -
Wow, he even says "Space Australia".
The earlier voices are incredibly annoying however.
-
That's fucking cheating. Now I have to buy this game LOL
-

My thoughts exactly.
I was all "not another bloody DB game again" but now I just have to buy the damn thing.
-
Will there be anybody that DOESN'T use the Nappa voice?
it was just a waste of time getting the others.
I mean, if you're gonna go that mile, get the rest of T4S while you're at it, why not?
-
Woah, Gohan sounds manly.
-
Got teared up when Bulma went "God… bless you".
I hope Gohan works up his problems with Goku in the training year. While yes, Goku has been away for 2 whole years of his 7 years of life (one of them being dead) T4S is going to the deep end of the pool. Same with Chichi.
-
…I forgot there was a movie dedicated entirely to explaining where Trunks got the sword from.
-
Aw crabbaskets.
-
I love how Vegeta's scream can be heard during Trunks and Bulma's argument.
4 years. 4 and a half years for that joke to come full circle.
-
Really great stuff I completely forgot that we were gonna get to hear an adult Gohan in this movie. It was a neatly done movie and it even had the call back to episode 18 with Vegeta's rage transcending time and space.
I never want the Androids fun times to end
-
Haha, Bulma hitting on Gohan caught me off guard.
"We'll have to share…" Cougar face -

And what a great joke to come full circle
-
I wonder if The Wombat is actually an Wonbat
-
I laughed REALLY hard at this one and there was even a joke that hit home in a hilarious way (the "She had been 37 for 10 years" joke)
When I had the Vegeta scream spoiled for me by comments, I thought it'd be more prominent, IE they'd actually react to it like in the scene when it originally happened. It's funny regardless tho XD
Gohan's voice was ridiculously manly too, which caught me off guard.
-
I thought most of their Android saga episodes were rather meh, but last episode and this special have been a great return to form. And yeah, that was an amazing brick joke.
-
The radio Dj's are hilarious.
-
Still love 17 and 18. I didn't notice Vegeta's scream. Where was it and what is it calling back?
Also fucking love that whole USS M'Dick joke at the end.

! Back during the Namek arc, Vegeta goes ballistic because he realizes that someone plundered his dragon balls, and he screams so loud that everyone can hear it across the galaxy and apparently across time, as Trunks hears it as he tells Bulma that he's going to go back in time.
! Here, they altered the dialogue (we can probably chalk that up to multiverse theory), and you can hear the scream after the three year timeskip as Bulma is building the time machine and Trunks is insisting he go fight the androids in his present day. It's probably most apparent when everything goes silent after Bulma says she tried to replace Vegeta -

LOL love the Vegeta scream.

Man I loved this episode. Cell is great, 17 is great. And wow what an incredible showing by 16. The Cell Saga is my least favorite, but I am enjoying this so much.
-
Creepiest Cell episode yet. Also, great to see 16 activate his personality.
-
16 was amazing. Not the funniest episode though
-
Aw, we didnt get to hear Cell on his 2nd form.
I hope he talks just like Nappa, on his 2nd form Cell was as dumb as him.
-
Loved the android's reaction to the rocket punch!
-
"I believe this is what the young people call…. getting wrecked."
omg I can't breathe
-
"ENOUGH! I AM NOT A SPECTATOR! I AM A WARRIOR!" You go, Tenshinhan.
I saw a comment saying 17 and 18 should be voices in Cell's head like Nail and Kami in Piccolo, that'd be something. I mean….Cell loses a lot of his visual creepy factor after he transforms from his bug form to...whatever imperfect form is supposed to be, maybe that'd act as a supplement.
Then again...."no need Piccolo, you're already inside of me." He's too hiliarously creepy already, keep it up TFS.
-
"In fact, you know what? Forget Killing Son Goku."
"LET'S NOT GET CRAZY."
-
Cell 2.0 could have an obsession with…. penguins.
But yes, holding the reveal on the voice was a pretty fun choice on their part.
Of course, in the japanese he actually had the same voice all the way through, it was the english dub that changed him up so much.
-
God I love the androids so much, I'm so glad that Toriyama revealed that extra info about the androids in time for it to be used in the abridged version . I'm really going to miss #17 for the next couple of episodes.
The reaction to the rocket punch reminded me of One Piece
-
"Because there is nothing sexier than an android with rocket power fist." -
I just realized that Cell grows shoes when he evolves into Doofus Cell.
-
Man, the titanic and the park ranger reference were the best.
-
Solid episode, looking forward to Tien's moment of glory.
-
Easily the best episode in a while.
"Hold on, now I see a light."
"WALK TOWARDS IT!"I hate that we're losing Imperfect Cell though; changing his design was a pretty big error since neither of the following forms looked half as good.

Its a shame that cell's changes were all because the person Toriyama worked with didn't like it. He deemed his first form to be too scary so the following transformations were made "silly" and then "normal". This would not have been that big a deal if his second form didn't look like a leather clad thug, that makes no sense whatsoever.
As for the episode, 16 was the star like he was in the original scene. Very good dialogue and Takahata's delivery was just as magnificent as always. Also, big props for them actually gave 17 and 18 reasons to stick around other than (17: Oh, 16 kicked his ass… that means I can kick his ass yeeeeeah!) and (18: ..................................)

I hate Abridged 18.
They didn't give her any comedy personality.
She's just some annoying Nineties Female Protagonist type character, where her only character attribute is "strong" and "rolls eyes at boys".
Which is annoying in normal stuff, let alone a satire.
It's like they didn't want to make her a joke like everyone else. -

It's like they didn't want to make her a joke like everyone else. Not really a change from her original personality (not defending it, I hate it pretty much too since she's just…there), though I see her as pretty much a female Tien. I mean, one of them had to be the straight-man in their band of homicidal death bots.
