Anyways I need to know because for when I go to AWA I want to do a One Piece cosplay. and this will be my first real cosplay. I was going to cosplay Light Yagami on Vacation for Nashicon…but my friend shot down the idea by saying "If you do then I'm not going to pick you up for the con." It was like being hit by a negative hollow cept ten times worse So this will be soo fun!~

The nice thing about being a Marine is that you can work around your physical limits (there are Marines of all different shapes and body types), and are readily identifiable.
I tried to cosplay as Galley-La Lucchi once, and was identified about twice in two days at a con– and since one of the people identifying me was in a Perona cosplay, it must be assumed that there is virtually no recognition for our dear CP9.

I agree with MoonNeko. You'd make a great Sanji. But that may not be your bag. I don't think a Marine or WG/CP9 agent would be very suiting to your looks. You seem very good-looking compared to some cosplayers I know coughMEcough You should flaunt your stuff.

Should I use foam and stick bolts in them err what? 
Use already pre-cut craft foam circles for the bolts. It'll need to be in three pieces for each bolt: 1 circle, and 2 almost half circles layered on top. The pieces being almost half circles should allow for a decent sized gap for the screwdriver shape.
Alternatively, you can use craft wood circles as well. Layering wood circles would make it more rigid though, so be careful about accidentally hitting things. You can use wood putty, though, to make it look like a single piece rather than layers.

I'm the sis who cosplayed as Duval xD it was hard ONLY because I can't make armor or anything like that u__u fails but other than that it's not the HARDEST thing I made *which would be Captain Kidd =_=;;;;; * but it was fun xDDD
I think the obvious choice would be Sanji for you just because it looks like your hair would look great parted like his!!
