Pre-Time Skip Characters Reappearance

Yeah so
1. What character are you most excited to see appear again after time skip?

2. What past character do you think is mostly likely to show up next?

3. Which Character do you think will change the most from the past (not including characters we already seen coughfrankycough)

mine is
1. Buggy, Crocodile, Smoker, Bon Clay, and Law. So pumped to see how my favorite characters have changed!
I also want to know if Sogeking will have any changes.
And I wanna see how different Mr. 3 will look now, and if he will still be Mr. 3 and not Galdino. Like maybe he will get rid of the 3 hair :blink: Its hard to tell how drastically characters will change when we get some like Franky, Sanji, and Usopp, who really changed, and then we have Rayleigh, Sentomaru, Duval, and Shakky, who haven't really changed.

2. I'm thinking Jinbei or Arlong. This one is tough. But I'd go with those two if and only if Oda strictly follows the Straw Hats this next arc. If we see more marine stuff, then my guess would be like Smoker.

3. Buggy is definitely gonna be crazy cool changed when he returns with Galdino and Alvida. Coby and Helmeppo for sure, too.

Hachi, Caimie and Pappag are highly likely to appear in FI since Hachi, at least, is actually there. Arlong… is hard to tell. On one hand it'd be cool to parallel Arlong Park and see what he's up to and have Hachi confront him about their wrongdoings. On the other hand Oda has to convince readers more that fishmen aren't inherently violent and that they can be good guys and having Arlong there will throw a wrench into that.

Coby and Helmeppo will definitely appear again.
Crocodile will most likely show up eventually.

1. Sengoku and Garp, the Vice admirals, revolutionary army specially Dragon, Whitebeard Pirate division commanders, Shanks and his crew, Shichibukai, Smoker, blackbeard pirates, and the 10 Supernovas.
   I want to see all of them giving their comments and reactions after hearing the news that the Strawhat pirates is back again and they got really strong, hopefully with new bounty specially with luffy and zoro.

2. Crocodile, to tell you the truth I don't want to see past characters/ enemies specially those who were defeated by strawhats pirates. But Oda is really amazing in doing this kinda stuff because eventhough past enemies appears in the past episodes, all that happened in the story is perfectly plotted.

3. Maybe smoker, coby and his friend.maybe they can also use haki, ofcourse not that strong as with luffy. haha

Also I think Oda has adopted the anime idea of the belief of how "children" view characters. I remember reading an interview Oda has regarding Toei's anime adaption and he mentioned how he learned from them and/or Toei understood that children see wardrobe changes as a change of the actual character. That the character is in some respects different. The first and hugest example of this is the reintroduction of Colby.

If you notice the whole SH's had a drastic change but Sentomaru has had pretty much nothing changed. Rayleigh had more of a casual look and shakky was relatively the same despite a minor change of clothing.

I know some of you will ask me for sources for the interview but sadly I have none. If any of you have any then please link it if anyone does ask.

But if we can see Oda's wardrobe changes as more than just a change of time period but an actual change of the character we can take this idea and apply it to predicting changes of other characters.

Hatchin probably won't have much of an alteration. Arlong may. Jimbie may have a little but not much. Moria + Buggy + Crew i think have a good shot of having drastic changes. Shanks + Crew probably not so much. ect ect.

other characters like Arlong, Kuro, and Gin are presumably dead to, but seeing them return would'nt be too far fetched i guess, since Oda usualy doesn't kill important characters (except for Whitebeard vs. Marineford arc).

Id mainly like to see Blackbeard, Kid, and Buggy-who will probably be a shichibukai. However, i'd be hilarious if he was still super weak and was only able to keep order due to his strong crew and fearfull reputation (just a thought :silly:).

The Supernovae. Drake, Hawkins and Kid being badasses in the new world. Maybe one of them is a Shichi now (yonkou is beyond any of them).
I also wait for the reappearance of Buggy, Crocodile and Smoker. It would be nice to see what they were up to.
And I also want some panel time for Dragon. Please stop teasing us Oda!
