First of all if you don't like our scanlations then don't read them, simple RIGHT!
The dude who translates this has over 700 done translations.Ivankov is a russian it's normal to have accent.

Luffy used "Gomu Gomu no Ame", it means "Gum Gum Rain".

And Jinbei's Attack has NEVER been used before.

And Just because Ivankov's name sounds Russian, doesn't make him Russian.
Sure, he's got a Speech Quirk when he says I and You, but that's not an accent. he doesn't do it whenever he says something like that. it's a Speech quirk, not an accent

Apparently Ivankov adds "-nable" or something to certain words, giving that weird speech pattern of his. It isn't something some scanlators just made up. It's the thread title Cnet came up with to get the basic meaning of what he (Iva) said, as well as using that speech pattern. Complain somewhere else.

You asked a question in the form of a whiny complaint. I answered the question, and told you to complain somewhere else because nobody wants to here it. I might as well have been talking to the ant on my finger for all the emotion I had mixed into that statement. Oh, and Stephen's translation – the professional that everyone worships -- also uses something very similar:

So your suggestion is to throw it out the window and use absolutely normal English, and lose the quirk? Personally, in that case, I prefer the translator who exercises a bit of creativity by trying to adapt something that doesn't translate perfectly, while using the connection to said characters pop culture origins.
