I am off to an Anime Convention on the 24th May and wanted to go as Nami. The major problem is the hair, not only do all the stores I have been to not have orange hair dye they also don't have orange wigs?
I look at all the fantastic pictures of Nami Cosplayer's and they have fantastic hair. Do you purchase the wigs off the internet, or do you get them from you town? :sad:

Yeah, most people I've met get their Nami wigs off the internet. Depending on your money situation, best bet is to get one off eBay. Here's a link for what I searched for: short orange wig
I looked in places like cog_marc and professionalonly, sellers on ebay. They have a wig for Orihime from Bleach that's a really awesome color for a Nami wig.
Tips for a nami wig:
Stay away from NEON ORANGE.
Nami's hair is not a Bob-style cut.
Buy longer than you need so you can cut and style it.
I've seen so many neon orange bob-sytle Namis.
I went with a pretty natural looking red wig that looked much better than the neon orange. I should find a good picture of it
PLEASE don't use a neon orange wig. Either go for a natural red-orange, or a subdued orange. I got my my Nami wigs from cyperous, but they don't ship internationally anymore 
So unless you want to pay extra for a shopping service or go to the store in Japan…
This is pretty much what I bought for a Nami wig. It's a really nice color in person, and it's definitely recommended you buy longer and cut it into the right style for Nami. Like Sporkbot said, Nami's hair is not a bob.
