I dont know if one exists, but I would assume that more realistic female versions (not the lola-cute youth alternatives) of Moriah or Fukuro. nude version of those would be far worse than Wapol.
They are so hideous that most refuse to do a true female version of them and create a lola pic that shows a young girl that could pass of as their daughters not the characters themselves, so its really difficult to find a true female version of these two.
