Funimation dub editing/need help

I have always been impressed how funmation and other dubbing companies can digitally edit video without having to cut it. (e.i: Editing sanji's cigarette, blood, alcohol bottles, ect.). I've tried and i just can't seem to get it to look good at all. If some artist that knows what they are doing could help me, that would be great. Here's a couple I did.

By the way I'm using photoshop and I have premiere pro and After effects. I was hoping that maybe I could take the edited frames and make a fake dub episode but I don't even know where to begin with the whole tracking frames stuff and superimposing. If someone could help it would be great.

Thanks battle axe! The only problem is that you can see where I used the smudge tool too much, but i really don't know what other tool to use. I've also got a another one.

well i mean its cool how you were able to DO that.
hopefully FUNimation won't. although I don't know if they'll go that far for now.
ah well. ya have 400 episodes. lol i dont believe editing like that will be necessary.

It would be easier to see how much of a difference there is if you showed the original pictures as well. Just a thought :T

And I know what you mean about being interested in how they do that. I've often wondered about it myself. Awesome job with making it look believeable
