Went to see this today. Quite possibly the funniest film I've seen in a LONG time. Basically its set in the 60s and a Pirate radio station constantly plays Rock. We go into depth to the lives of this crew.

Basically if you've seen Love Actually or Four Weddings and a Funeral then you'll know the style of comedy. Its the jokes and the talent that are in here that makes it. Plenty of great comedians such as Nick Frost (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz.), Bill Nighy (Love Actually.) Chris O' Dowd (IT Crowd.) and others whose names I cant think of atm.

      Go see it.

Nick Frost is more than enough reason for me to stay as far away from this movie as possible

What's wrong with Nick Frost? He seems kinda different in this one I must admit. Somewhat more down to earth in this than in Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead.

Went to see it again over the weekend and enjoyed it even more. Seemed a lot longer during the second time but nowhere stupidly as long as Watchmen.

Also picked up the Soundtrack. WHY are they claiming Duffy is Rock? (her song wasn't even IN the film, yet Georgie Girl was in yet not on the Soundtrack.)

I just dont think he's funny. Same goes for a lot of these recent british "comedy" movies which all seem to star class A tit, Simon Pegg.

Shaun of the Dead is the only thing I've ever seen which could make Dylan Moran humourless.

Wont bother with this film. Looks just as piss poor.

Lookin' forward to this one, the trailer was great. Doesn't open until August here in the States though.

And I'm a fan of ol' Nick Frost, the guy is the man. Plus this movie has Philip freakin' Seymour Hoffman, so I must see it.
