I wonder why Croc's the only one who actually gets non-prison clothes after breaking out? Still, Croc's outfit is one of the classiest, and I don't mind seeing him in his fur coat at all.

Care to provide any reasoning for your analysis? I assume you have something if you claim it's so unlikely. My reasoning for saying that is that there are 3 named prisoners sitting in level 6 along with Shiryuu. Nobody in the breakout team has any plans to return to level 6. Therefore, the only possibility I can come up with as to how they'll get released is by Shiryuu. This could occur the way that Ivotas said, or via a double cross. Why is that so unreasonable?
i think shiryuu being let out by Hannyabal is a very real possibility as he is desperate to not be blamed for this break out and never get that promotion. i have thought about shiryuu double crossing them and releasing the level 6 prisoners as that would likely be the only way we will see them. there is still another way we might see them though. lets say shiryuu gets released and quickly moves upstairs to confront luffy and his group. remember that iva is releasing lots of prisoners and that includes some at level 5. also luffy left some keys at a cell in level 5 as well. so there will be lots of level 5 guys released. i'm assuming there is to be at least some guys at level 5 who were once nakama with the people at level 6 and will head down there and release them. so we may still get to see them for that reason.
So five hours left before Ace's execution? Just five fucking hours. I wonder how many chapters it will take to cover five hours.

You know about that lol all we can do is assume that group of guards didn't have those bullets or even those bullets do not effect logia users. If we see next chap Luffy bouncing bullets off his body then I'm wrong or gaol bullets suck and are just a different type of bullet like hollow tips.
Wow. I did not expect to get a chapter this early. And what a chapter it was! Crocodile waisted no time in getting himself some new clothes and fur. And with them releasing EVERYONE they come across from level 5 on? This is just too crazy. Of course, they'll have to release Shiryuu because this is too much for the Guard Beasts and Hannybal. Magellan will also be at wits end. For if not for the sheer power that they're up against, then the number of escaped convicts is getting completely out of hand, especially with Buggy doing his own riot. Impel Down's forces will be spread too thin.
I guess shiryuu has to be Logia if he wants to take down this riot… If he is just a swordman he will have hard time fighting all these monsters....
Anyway I wonder what kind of element Shiryuu might be problably water?? The only DF that has no weakness. lol anyway I guess Croc will end up fighting Shiryuu and Croc will have to defeat him if he wants to even have a chance to take down WB.

So no one other than Croc and Jinbei were freed from level 6, and Iva said they needed to free prisoners from level 5, but all I can see from the prisoners are the Okama prisoners, no normal prisoners. Did Iva free anyone from level 5, because he caught up to Luffy and co very quickly.

True. It just seems a little anti-climatic if Ace isn't in the gallows as Luffy is racing to rescue him despite the biggest battle in the history of One Piece.
Anyone else notice the similarity between Luffy, Kid, Law and Luffy Jimbei Crocodile? Probably but It was the first thing I thought of when I saw the three of them facing the Impel Down fodder.

It could be that they used regular bullets initially as it was explicitly pointed out afterwards to use the Gaol Bullets when they were fired on Luffy.

NO if he changes to sand and avoid being contacted by the bullet he will be uneffected by those bullets. This was shown in movie 8 or so. And it logically makes sense the only problem will be that croc's reflex should be super high if he can manage to do those things. but well its not impossible

Actually, that's not true. If it's touching the object he's touching, he can turn it to sand. Just look at his Ground Death.

Arabasque Tile Fist sounds so very stupid to me, so does Gum Gum Rain for that matter (Gomu Gomu Rain would be cool). In the japanese it's pretty much guaranteed to sound cool or the author wouldn't use it. Translations are hit or miss.

I like the scanlations that have TL notes about some puns and words that can't be translated well and when they edit the sfx and put them in english. It looks better IMO.
Franky House scans are good in that they are fast and the pages are clean and good looking.

Also, though Smoker has jokingly become OP's Chuck Norris is the character voting thing, this chapter, and others before it, pretty much solidify Crocodile and Daz Bones as the Chuck and Norris of One Piece. Mr. 1's statement was priceless; "I was starting to get tired of this place, anyway."

the only reason I take to scanlations at all is because I don't like the Quality of Raw Jump Scans.

I think they suggesting he turned himself into sand and then scattered himself so the bullets never even touched him. Anyway he was shot pre gaol bullet order.
Yeah there no evidence yet of what gaol bullets are but since we haven't seen any guns shoot nets, handcuffs or cause explosions or anything else obvious seastone is a logical guess. And yes it's rare, but with all the DF users there ID is sure to keep a lot on hand especially since the only other escapee was a (I belive) A DF user.

Never thought about that scenario. Actually considering the fact that so many powerful and dynamic characters are present there are literally so many different ways that the execution and eventual battle could unfold.

Well according to stephen's translation of the earlier chapter, Kuroobi did Hyakumai-Gawara Seiken and was going to do Senmai-Gawara Seiken.
While Jinbei's was Karakua-Gawara Seiken, so not the exact same.
I have no idea what any of those mean.
Either way it's pretty neat to see that they both derive from Fishman Karate. Thanks for clarifying it for me CodedTech.
