If Luffy can figure out Crocodile's weakness, I don't see how Mihawk couldn't.
There's also the question of what exactly is Mihawk's sword made? It being made of seastone definently would make the fight in Mihawk's favor.
Or Mihawk could simply cover his sword in water or even his own blood. But this fight most likely will never happen since Crocodile was arrested by the Marines.

Yeah, If Mihawk can find out the weakness, He'll win. But I don't think Croccy will get out of jail for a while.

It depends on… If they fight in desert then Crocodile would easily win.. And Mihawk cant take water on his sword, when he attack, the water will slip off his sword...
