They gave characters RANDOM ACCENTS that weren't there in Japanese simply because of how the character looks.

Robin - Cowboy Hat - Goofy Hick accent

Not necessarily, I believe his name is Emporio Ivankov? It's obviously a German enough name for him to have an accent.

Edit: Ivankov actually sounds Russian. Has a Russian accent.

But, yeah. Great chapter I wonder if the "waves" on the last page are just from Luffy's screaming food or haki. If not the latter, then he was sure hungry.

Yeah… you know that made it really hard to read. Weird way of talking or not, it's ridiculous to just randomly add an accent like that. Could you please not do that?
