well i'm sure they will yell at you to keep this in chapter discussion, but as for me I HAVE NO IDEA.
I mean hell it was luffy's chance when Magdallen had to poop and others all looking on upper floors to find benchan, to finally save Ace. And then somehow escape. But now they are all getting ready or heading to bring Ace up to the battleships. And then learning of this new guard. I mean if they didn't mention him I would have thought Luffy follows them up and makes his move when outside. But have a hard time believing they just mention this new guard without him doing anything.
I hope this doesn't turn into another Rayleigh situation, with Iva. The strawhats been getting too much help from people way stronger than them lately. Kuma/Rayleigh, and if Iva. Its just too much in too short a time

He'll only find Jimbei in the cell. They release him and then make their way up the prison….and they all take ut the Marines without much effort.

anyway i also want to say that we still haven't seen daz bones in this (escape) so i think Luffy will use the bluegori exit because it will give oda a chance to reintroduce mr1 and let him play a part in this arc, how else will he be used??

While Devil Fruits introduce a spirit of their own to who or whatever penetrates their skin, mermaids and fishmen (two completely different species) have two spirits from birth. Which means a fishman like Jimbei would meet the same fate upon eating a Devil Fruit as a normal human who ate two: they would explode.

I think luffy will learn how to use instant teleportation technique, which he will learn from some small aliens from lvl 6, he only needs to finds boa hancock's aura and he's all set.

Have you ever looked at any translated SBS notes? I have, but none of them involve what I said here. However, I have heard from other SBS readers who read the parts that are relavent here. ANd according to them, that IS what Oda said. Which means it's true (if those other fans aren't lying) And the maximum spirits thing definitely sounds like Oda.

A mysterious prisoner tricks Luffy into releasing him. He turns out to be the "other" Gaol head. Magellan arrives, says that they'll work together to take down Luffy + Jimbei first, then deal with past problems, and it becomes a two on two battle against the two Gaol heads.
After defeating the two Gaol heads (it will be epic, of course), they will escape to chase after Ace. Luffy and Co. (not to be mixed up with Luffiko), Ace's escort ship, Marine forces, and Whitebeard will all clash and begin the highlight of this arc.

I doudt it.. such thing could have happened at Enies Lobby as well but zoro ended up fighting. It was zoro's will to fight but i doudt that Magellan will let luffy pass.. he will just deal with luffy and then finish the other chief warden as well.(most likely)

I was the one who went over every SBS when I wrote that bit on Fishmen + Devil Fuits, I found things about Fishmen, things about aout Fruits, but neither subject met at the middle. Though you've given a different reason why the can't eat them, the end result is stll the same; Oda ha NEVER answered this quesion so everything is speculation. At least half of the things on that page (particularly fake bounties) has been written on our wikia at some point or other, and since we've put that page in place, the rumour mill has (mostly) taken a detour from our pages.
Back on topic, I have no ideas on how they will escape, but its certainly not through the front gate. The only way their going that way out is if all the level 6 pirates get let out of their cages. A fleet of Battleships would mean nothing then.

The front door is entirely possible. The fleet of battleships will likely move with Ace to transport him. So if Luffy has to chase down Ace to the execution platform at HQ (like I predict), the outside of the front door could be left fairly unguarded.

Whitebeard shows up and attacks the Marines. While this is happening Magellan orders Ace to be executed in his cell and calls for Shiryuu of Lv. 6 to kill Ace. Meanwhile Luffy does a Gear 2 Gum Gum Jet Gataling Gun on the floor of the New "Kama" place and falls down to the Eternal Hell after a seven chapter fight with Shiryuu of Level 6 and barely survives again.
Ace, Luffy, and Jimbei are safe and with a Gum Gum rocket the trio escapes back up to New "Kama" Land on Level 5.5, but Impel Down is starting to collapse due to Whitebeard's assualt above. With no time to waste all the okama and Luffy, Bon, Jimbei, Buggy, and Mr. 3 book ass to level 1 with the help of Ace's fire power restored when the Sea Stone hand cuffs are removed.
Luffy and crew make it to Level One to find all the Gaolers and Marines are turned to stone, Hancock's doing. Luffy, Bon, Buggy, Mr. 3, Jimbei, and the Okama get on the Marine ship Boa confiscated and Whitebeard fires the big one that sinks Impel Down for good.
Ace, Whitebeard, and Jimbei leave together. The Okama take a Marine vessel for thier own and set sail to recruit more okama. Bon goes with them but not after a touching goodbye between him and Luffy saying they'll always be friends and hope to see each other again.
Buggy's crew show up and rescue him and plan to attack Luffy when he tells them he can't because of Captain Jon's treasure can be found because of Luffy. They're confused but they set sail with Buggy saying Luffy and his alliance are completely done now that the prison break is over and are rivals from now on.
Boa Hancock madly in love with Luffy agrees to take Luffy wherever the Vivre Card tells him to go. On the day before arriving at Shabody, Hancock asks if she can join Luffy's crew. He says he's got a full crew, even his dreamed of musician so he doesn't need anyone else.
Hancock is grief sticken and is on the verge of dying from a broken heart. The man she thought she could get to love her was tossing her aside and she turns to him when he's not looking ready to kill him. Knowing the petrification technique doens't affect Luffy she plans to shove him into the ocean when he speaks. "Besides if you left with me, do you think your island would be safe from the Government attacks?"
Upon hearing that Luffy only has her people in mind once again she cries tears of joy. She embraces him and then says she understands. The next day Luffy arrives at Shabody.
End of Impel Down Arc

(Magellan who is fightning against Luffy in level 1 hears all this, Ace is at the same place than him completely chained with Kairouseki, he is unable to move).

(The 4 pirates continue their travel ignoring the advice in their escape they attack another prisioners and their combined force puts down the last guardian beast, until they get level 2, then a shadow appears)

SCENE CHANGE AGAIN, THIS TIME LUFFY VS MAGELLAN.

(Bartholemew Kuma appears in front of them, Ace shoots to him one of his attacks, Kuma deflect deflects the attack but a second one affects his body, Kuma is like always)
Kuma: Portgas D. Ace, you know that an attack like this won´t hurt me.
(Kuma ignores Ace and goes to Luffy)
Luffy: thanks for saving my Nakamas.
Kuma: you are great Strawhat but I am going to defeat you easily you won´t be able to save Ace, it will be like the last time.
(Thanks to the Haki+Gear 2 Luffy will be able to avoid Kuma attacks and hurt his body in a short fight)
Kuma: you are stronger Mugiwara but I have said to you that this time you won´t be able to win. Where do you want to go
(Luffy moves very fast and kicks Kuma, the teleport cannon is deflect to Ace who disappears in front of everyone, Luffy is losing his senses because the venom and Kuma second shoot puts Luffy flying disappearing from the eyes of everyone)
Sengoku: WE HAVE FAILED.
Note: Where are Buggy and Mr 3.? Since they are cowards they are hiding with the Okamas all time
