Not true. When we put this all together all the non-cam pic sized images were on lock down NOT TO BE SEEN. Why? Because people cannot be trusted. You are 100% at fault for breaking that rule. In fact, you weren't even part of this, so how did you get it? Fact of the matter is, you shouldn't post it on the internet at all until the people responsible are done. Otherwise, you put other peoples' hard effort at risk. Don't blame others for what you did. Another fine example is how I cannot blame Kiavik for messing up my tripcode on 2ch. Fortunately for us, it worked out for the good. If it hadn't, it would have been MY fault, despite the fact Kiavik told me to test. Why? Because I was careless. But no hard feelings. I was just screwing around. It's not a big deal. We had fun =)
I wonder how this went over on 2ch. brennen told me he was going to unload the pictures there too.
It went really well actually. When I messed up with my tripcode, people looked up my ID and found a test post I made earlier that day with my OTHER tripcode. They then searched old posts for my other tripcode and found my ".exe" user name. Fortunately, the posts they found had two legit spoiler pics I posted for them a long time ago, so they thought that meant I was the real thing. They then asked for a pic of Luffy as a woman for proof, which I provided. Of course, some cried fake, some were on the fence, but it did as well there as it did here.

Not quite. The test post had (in Japanese) "Simple summary like Brankie's…" So ironically, the random text I copy-pasted for my test post was confused for me letting them know I would post spoilers later on. Haha.

If the REAL spoilers are similar to ours, I will take that as a compliment for thoroughly predicting Oda. (Well, Muddy ED and I).

Ah ha ha… I'm sorry I'm not someone who regularly reads the spoiler topic. It would have been fun to go crazy with anger/realize that is was fake and try to convince others/whatever the hell else people have been doing in this topic that I can't be bothered to read. Oh well. Very nicely done.

One reason I thought this was real is cuz I wouldn't put it past Oda the way the manga is going so far. Now when we get the actual spoilers I won;'t be surprised if Oda does in fact does this.
Edit - If you guys in fact predicted Oda right that wouldn't be a good thing. I see it as more nonsensical crap than anything.
Props to whoever drew it though, it's pretty good when I got to see the cleaned up version.

Yeah even though im a bit bitter on the actual time you guys decided to post the thread (you could have waited a couple more hours at least so it was April 1st somewhere in the world…) I said I would give mad respects to the person who could fake that mass production paper with actually respectable new drawings. Kudos! I don't mind getting pranked every once in a while though, keeps me on the edge of skepticism :P.
I told everyone of you that there are artists who can draw such stuff.

lol i think it's funny when people have arguments about whether a spoiler pic is real of fake. some guy always comes out and says he knows for a fact that it's a fake because it's not odas style. usually the pic ends up being real and that guy doesn't know as much as he thinks he does.

I never saw the VA pic till after the fact, and its probably a good thing the prank was revealed before that pic was posted because even I would have said fake to that one :P. (no offense to the person who made it, but it just didn't match up well and would have thrown everything I said last night out the window). I still hold to what I said and think it could still have been easily considered real even if it was fake. Back when Amazon Lily arc started, this whole arguement over real vs fake was exactly like what we had last night. People were argueing over drawing style saying it just wasn't possibly odas and yet it ended up being true.
Actually sometime last night I was thinking it might be fake even though I was simultaneously continueing to support it as real. Think it was something one of the mods said last night. The quick "The Griffin was better" and it got me thinking what the hell that meant. Then I remembered a while back about a huge debacle related to a spoiler fake where an entire fake chapter happened. All last night I kept thinking I was duped but I hoped I wasn't XD was pretty restless sleep.

What does Oda not being a GOD have to do with that April fools joke spoiler being a terrible plot advancement in this manga? Regardless of you and anyone else's writing ability and/or imagination and understanding of Oda's writing it doesn't change what this was, a joke.
Wasn't that the whole point? As I said it was believable to me after how some of the chaps have went so far but that doesn't mean it's good writing or a good thing for the manga imo. The way you guys did it was having something absurd but not unprecedented and delivered it in a suddle manner.
I don't see how it could be a compliment really given the fabricated spoiler in question.
EDIT - Going back to my first post in this thread when I thought it was real I didn't like it at all. Case in point even if Oda did do this I'd think it was trash. It's just my opinion lol.

And I would have bought the VA-pic on the first view.
At the second view his face seemed kinda familiar to me. I think it would have been the face, which uncovered the whole pic as fake. Although if we had compared this pic to the one at EL we would have seen the face-body difference which you have photoshopped.
For me personally the text bubbles were very suspicious and those f*ckin horns of Hannyabal (I say it the 10th time!!!).
I knew Oda wouldn't make such an important text bubble that small at the last page of a chap.
After all I wish the story of the real chap is kinda similar to yours.
