I had to register to say that this picture is totally fake in my honest opinion. Reasons?
A) The drawing style resembles the fake picture of stoning process of Margaret that came out as a spoiler few weeks before the actual event.
B) Oda has been drawing Luffy for over 10 years now. Why would he change his style that much even if Luffy turned into a girl?
C) The characters are drawn ok BUT it's some steps behind the drawing of Oda.
D) April Fools coming tomorrow and I was fooled already yesterday. It's the week that matters in cases when it's too late to fool people during the actual day. The chances are that real spoilers land before tomorrow so it had to be posted early.
E) Do you really think after all these chapters you've read that Luffy could behave like that? He'd be running for food or Ace, not impersonating as someone else. And he fails at impersonating Domino too. Even Chopper wouldn't fall for that.
F) Even Chinese forums prove them fake (according to person whose nick I cannot recall at these forums)Seriously, I've been monkeying Oda's style for about a year now and it definitely is better than that. If I'm for some freaking odd reason wrong, Oda gets -50 respect from me. That picture is just so fake.
But I can buy that Luffy turns into a woman. That sounds like something Oda could do. But even if it's the case it's something more One Piece.

it's also a good fake (except that ugly coat), but "akainu's" face on that pic looks like a mixture of aokiji's and kizaru's (just look at the eyebrows).
But they totally got that greyscale and also that infobox made my heart stand still. well, on the first view you got blast away. it just shows how good those fakers are already. -

Well, for some reason I felt this is a fake and not fitting to the story. First off the image looks wierd, second it's not time for someone to get Ace yet.
This may be an early April Fool joke like that Griffin prank thing so if it's real then great, I'll be okay with it but if it's April the 2nd and it's fake then I'll bet I'll be laughing hard but don't harress me if it turns out to be real after all.

If it is a fake, I will change my sig for a month to say "I was totally fooled by a faker in the chapter 538 spoiler thread, and cannot tell what Oda's art and storytelling looks like, for female Luffy tricked me but good." If it IS a true spoiler and a real image, then you have to change your sig for a month to "I was a total doubter in the chapter 538 spoiler thread and cannot tell what Oda's art and storytelling looks like, for female Luffy tricked me but good." Obviously, sig change would be for AFTER the chapter is legitimatley out, to avoid spoilers out of the forum.
Also, I guess as bragging rights, if you're on the winning side, you CAN say a similar, winners sig thing. "I was totally right in the chapter 538 spoiler thread, and can tell what Oda's art and storytelling looks like, for I am a fan." Or... something braggy, along those lines.

This could mean, for example, that Iva says to Luffy, "Oh, wow, you can use haki? The pirate king could use haki as well!" (for example)

I'm gonna say the spoiler is real, but the picture's fake. That's my story and I'm sticking with it.
If that were true, it would be the most well done fake One Piece spoiler pic ever. No pictures from other chapters were used, which means that the pic uploader would have had to draw the entire thing by him/herself. The style is identical to Oda's, so I don't see how that's possible.
