Strawberry is the one with the weird hat at the buster call at EL.

I can answer your question.The Chinese forum will get the raws in Hong Kong or Taipei.The raw comics will be sold one or two days earlier than Japan.

I say its real, and stand by it. Its exactly in Oda's style. Same shading, cloth folds, design sense, panel layout, facial structure, inking style, shininess on the glasses and hat brim, iced over effect from the last several chapters, official shonen jump "Next time" stamp, bent in the way an image would be if it were in an actual book, and all, its just a slightly blurry quick camera pic which is throwing off the color and line quality a little. We've had similar pics before and people called those fake too when they clearly weren't. Oii.
