The One Piece dub as many of you know is rated TVY7fv over here in the states. I'm asking you guys if the rating is accurate for the dub, or do you think 4Kids took out so much stuff that the shows harmless now and deserves a TVY rating? What do you think?

It still contains "violent touching", i.e. punching and the like. So it gets rated Y7.
Personally, I'd find a way to rate it TV POS, but that's just me making a stupid pun.

**But Pokemon has fighting in it, and that's only TVY. And yet when it was on Cartoon Network it was TVY7. I don't get that.

The thing I don't get is that Justice League Unlimited has the same rating, TVY7 (it just strikes me odd due to the adult humor in it).

I think the youth scale is seperate from the adult scale (G-PG-14-MA); a youth-oriented show can't draw higher than a Y7, even if someone inadvertently dubs a hentai and shows it instead of Shaman King. :D

Y of course

It should be rated "nothing", because the hellish spectacle shouldn't be on the air in the first place.
dodges tomatoes
Y7 is fair, I guess.
