This did not need a thread. I did a search for a thread with words 'one piece sightings' and did not get a result and I'm not waiting 60 seconds for another search. So if someone finds such a thread I would encourage a mod to surgically fuse this one to it.
I always look at manga in the background of TV shows.
Dunno why. But someone put 'em there so it's kind of like a game to see whether or not I can find a series I like.
Anyway, I was watching the currently running Mei-chan no Shitsuji with my wife when before my eyes was an entire room of JUMPs and tanks. I laughed, "Heh, I wonder if OP is there." Well I spotted a tank fairly quickly but I was amazed as OP quickly got brought up in the conversation as the Principal was looking for Volume 23. And they could have left it there but they KEPT TALKING ABOUT IT and how she wants to read it because she loves The Holy X Scene which ultimately culminates in a SCREENSIZE CLOSEUP ON A TANK.
Wow.
Anyway, since then the comic has come up several times in other scenes.
About two weeks ago I attempted to make a capture for you guys but long story short, the process actually DESTROYED MY MOVIE EDITING SOFTWARE.
After much heartbreak and wasted time it has returned to working order.
