Instantz has finally gotten their subbing team reorganized and started to release again, starting with 389. According to their site, they will be keeping up with the new episodes and also going back and catching up with the ones they missed at the same time.
It is in mp4 format, and I don't know if it is SD or HD since I haven't checked it yet. Anyway, good to see them back in action.
