Theological thought must be quite different in the OP world.

Knowing what the people of that world do about their world–the fact that the entire planet is laid out as one great adventure, with a set ending. I mean, imagine if Earth had a Grand Line. You couldn't reconcile a completely atheistic view. On Earth we have sound scientific theories to explain how our world came to be...but you could never just have the natural laws of the the universe and get the world of One Piece. It requires some force that would give a planet an obvious purpose, such a deliberate cosmology. It really is a world designed for adventure and swashbuckling, a pirate's understanding of a flat world on a map applied to an actual planet, with Red Line and Grand Line serving is as the creases from a two dimensional world tucked in to a three dimensional world. Where as our own world isn't obviously designed for anything except life in general, and even that's highly arguable.

So I guess Zoro just doesn't believe in any personified god, but maybe in what we would call supernatural force.

And that's not even mentionioning Devil's Fruits...

i guess in that sence, Bellmey Pirate's ideology makes sence too. they talk about world with no dream, a world of reality where evrything can be explained by science and logic. in this concept, Bellmey is preety close to the real world thinking we posess now. in this case, Luffy's adventure can be compaired to thoese historic days when people first ventured to the New World (america) looking for the lost island of gold (Inka). Of course, viewing this way we would say that luffy's dream are all childish nonsence ^^

Wait, I don't understand how the world of OP advocates or denies some sort of god or force through Devil Fruit's, topography/geography, etc.

Even if the world is seemingly perfect for adventure, it may just be coincidence. Or maybe it's ideal for adventure because most all the people seek adventure. People see what they want to see.

And our science can't be compared to their science. Devil Fruit's may be considered axioms in their world. That being said, it may be perfectly logical to them that there are things like Devil Fruits. Thus, a force or god still doesn't seem to proved.

I don't know… this looks like an attempt to proselytize OP readers. That, or someone looking for an affirmation/consensus from others. Or maybe, just that someone was disappointed in Zoro not believing in a god. Meh, maye I'm just overanalyzing.

Also Zoro believes in Luffy, that's all I need to know.

It could just be coincidence. That's always a possibility. But it isn't the same as our world; we can explain–to a degree--how our world arose through the application of observable, testable natural laws. There couldn't be such an explanation for the OP world's obvious purpose.

It couldn't be ideal for adventure because of the people unless the world was made for the people. Assuming that OP natural laws work the same as our own except for obvious exceptions,(Devil's Fruits) the planet existed before the people. The fact that the world is dominated by pirates and adventurers is because the entire world is a sea that has been organized in a set manner.

And as for the DF, if one does assume that the OP world was created by a god who wanted to give its people a purpose for their existence--to band together and travel to the ends of the world--then the Devil complicates things with his magic fruit that tempt people with amazing powers that they usually kill each other with, while putting them in constant danger from the omnipresent water. Seems pretty devilish...it makes everything uncertain, makes everything more dangerous, incites people to faction off around DF users.

In all seriousness, I always just assumed that Oda had created the OP world (or the OPlanet, as I like to call it) as a storytelling vehicle for his characters to have these kinds of adventures.
