Okay, i think i'll start the ball rolling. The rules are simple, we start with a tournament style battle. If too much people applies, it will turn into a round robin and then the tournament. One person to one character. Results of a battle are voted by the masses, winners will be the one who get the most votes. If there IS a draw, i'll decide then =X

Mirage: Manipulates the light around him to create illusions (based on the fact that the eye creates images based off light reflected off a surface… or something like that)

Lunar Fury: An attack that can only be used at night. The light reflected from the moon is absorbed by Tony and increases his strength for a short amount of time.

Solar Fury: A more powerful version of LF that can only be done during the day.

Enchantment: Tony focuses his magic and transfers it to his weapon.

Ok, I finally came up with something. I feel bad because I don't think she is nearly as cool as Joe Bean was, but its the best I got right now. Don't expect any sort of pictures because I'm just not up to it right now.

Attacking style: All of her attacks are instinctive and are purely wind-based, never physical. She uses the wind as she sees fit, sometimes attacking with it directly, sometimes simply throwing her opponents far away, sometimes summoning whirlwinds to tear an opponent to pieces. She uses the wind for defense as well, repelling attackers and deflecting attacks.

Personality: Alternates between timid and viscious. She seems dazed most of the time, as if she were in shock. She speaks very little and is very quiet unless provoked. Once her ire has been raised she becomes a merciless killer. She has a very strong sense of right and wrong and will quickly unleash her wrath on any who she sees as 'evil.'
History: Raised to be the new guardian of a prosperous city she was given the Kaze Kaze fruit at an early age. Her powers proved to be tremendous and she was admonished not to use them due to the destructive potential inherent in them. When she was seven the city was attacked by a pirate fleet and the old guardian fell before the pirate captain. Desperate, the leaders turned to Sylvia to repel the attack but her power was untrained and she was unable to control it well. Her attacks proved too small, too focused and did little damage in the face of the sea of oncoming pirates. As the wave of pirates rushed to kill her she snapped, lashing out at them wildly. The full fury of her power was unleashed and the pirates were annihilated. Half of the city and many of its citizens were destroyed in the incident and she fled, unable to face the destruction and death she had caused. Seeing how dangerous she was the Marines quickly declared a substantial bounty for her capture.

She wanders the Grand Line now, carried in the arms of the wind, destroying any who cross or anger her. Penniless, she has entered the tournament in hopes of claiming the prize money.
