Well the title explains it all. How and when do you think they will reunite, and who they may bring along. here's a list to sum up what you might include
1.how they will return (transport)

5.any other speculation (e.g. will they arrive at the same time)

The most logical one that I personally dont wish for it to happen would be:
Luffy gets captured and sentanced to be executed together with Ace, The Straw Hat crew makes this amazing appearance, showing off their new skills and how much they have improve by rescuing their captain…
I so wish for it NOT to happen though…

They will already be at Shabondy waiting for luffy.
-I think Perona will end up helping Zoro get back with her ghost network, as even with the card in his hand he'll get lost. He may return with her, though not sure if she'll join, she may be just a temporay ally.
-I can't say how I think Sanji will return until the next chapter is out.
-Chopper will resolve the bird problem, maybe one of them will give him a lift back. Bird will leave after dropping him off.
-Nami will learn a lot about the wind and perhaps use a wind-based method to return.
-Franky will end building a boat to get back…
-Usopp will learna lot from that Hercules... Guy... Then return.
-Robin, its going to be something linked to the bridge I figure.
does anyone think any of the crew would bring help from their current islands, e.g.
sanji - people from his island
robin - all the slaves
chopper - the giant birds…....and so on?

But i would kinda like it if they meet up at shabondy and somehow rayleigh will act as temp captain and lead them to go get luffy (in Impel Down or wherever; or how they found out where luffy is, or why they think they need to go get their captain is beyond me)

Well there was a lot of debate about Kuma sending them back, as his final words about not being seen again were to Luffy. which might imply he could still see the rest of the crew, and either send them back or inform them about Impel Down. I'm not sure how the crew would hear about Luffys location, as I'm sure Garp is trying to keep it a secret to prevent the government from being the laughing stock of the world, also I'm sure the elder stars would be livid at Sengoku for letting it happen, I think the only people that would be aware of Luffys location would be the people inside Impel Down, Garp, Sengoku, boa, the people of Amazon lily and maybe other people of high rank that would have access to such knowledge from Sengoku. I'm also wondering if the coated sunny could have a part to play in there escape, as they escaped Garp with coup de burst…....., and maybe they could escape with Luffy by simply submerging. Either way trying to tie all these events together will be very tricky!
ID down is in fact a dream. The cover story is in fact canon. Luffy fell off of his flying beetle and bumped his head. After he wakes up he'll awake to see all the SH members on the island he was on and have grown in power thanks to their new found insect training. Ussop Prey Mantis fighting style upgrade would make him a competent melee fighter now. Since ussop has a upgrade and Oda law about being him weakest in the crew. All the other members power immediately grew to as well.

this is early to bring this thread out, but you know as well as i do that as soon as we find out any more about the other sh crew, people will start speculating massively on theories on how they will get back, so we could close this thread now but it will just crop up again as soon as we discover more about the crew. chances are the thread will die out for a short while unless we find out more info in the next chapters. either way this subjects going to be covered alot when the crew prepare to leave their respective islands, don't you agree?

i think he will invent a stronger version of cola that will increase his power, which includes sunny's also, coup de burst could double distance wise. perhaps some crazy cola powered rocket......whatever it is im sure its going to be dramatic......and........SUPER!!!!!!

Luffy beats up everyone at Impel down, high bounties are trying to escape so they order a buster call to blow the criminals up or drown them, when all hope seems lost tons of marine battleships fly up in flames and everyone is under the assumption it's whitebeard but it turns out it's the Straw hat crew using the Gaon cannon they dock get ready to go back but super novas are there (I won't give up on the strawhats vs supernovas I just won't) and insist it's there fault that they got caught (basically true) in the first place and the straw hats show off there new fighting skills and go back

Zoro- after being nursed and sexed by Perona, he's flown over to ID in the mouth of the Macro Special Hollow, with Perona guiding it alongside him through astral projection
Nami- some sort of generic weather-powered gliding machine. seems obvious.
Usopp- undergoes secret Hercules Beetle jungle training to learn to "jump good" by walking around with a boulder on his back for a while. Then he jumps to ID.
Sanji- the ol' "Sanji improves his leg strength by running so much" theory. With his newfound strength he can run over water a la Brook.
Chopper- yeah, big birds. They fly.
Robin- boosts construction efficiency exponentially with her many arms, and completes the bridge on her own, making it lead straight to ID.
Franky- builds a new rocket-like vehicle for the Soldier Docking system. Uses it to fly to ID.
Brook- invokes the Satanists' dark magic to open a portal in spacetime. Steps through to arrive at Luffy's side.
And of course they all arrive at the exact same time.
The bridge the Robin builds will connect all the islands and the will walk there.
I think you're all probably right about everyone joining back up for a big battle royale, but what I think would be really interesting is if Luffy picked up the rest of his crew in reverse order. That way we'd be getting some more solo character development.
chopper sends out the "Roc Troops". SH Crews new airborne allies to fetch the other members and Franky gives out some A-class weapon machinery for these birds….
i think i've said it before in anouther thread but i'll say it again
Sanji will run for a few days then he sees anouther island on the horizon, he can't swim because of a current and gets washed back onto okama island so he learns the cp9 moon step (remember his legs are worn out). then on the new island he has a rest and then finds out that with his recovered legs he can do an ultimate moon step that has him moving at super fast speed or somthing like that.
I am sure that Oda will tell the adventures of everyone of them in form of flashback when they will be reunited with Rayleigh.

Juz when Luffy is about to give up when he exhausted all his energy breaking out of the hell, only to find out there's fortified marines surrounding ID, the drum rolls and here comes the powerup Strawhats lined up. The great evacuation comes after the great escape, another greatest moment of OP in the making.
Zoro - I got no idea how he will return, but im sure perona will be with her at the time of his return.
Nami - some weather weather device or a flying cloud.
Ussop - he will build a huge sling shot, and then he will…I'll leave the imagination to you guys.
Sanji - mr.2 will help him out
Chopper - Huge birds. Duh!
Robin - Bridge, those bridge will lead her to the grandline.
Franky - self explanatory
Brooke - A ship with full of panties!!!
im pretty sure franky will upgrade his weapons and knowledge…........but i think his biggest change will be him developing a super-cola to power the sunny and himself. if franky does upgrade his body then i wonder if he will look different? im not too sure on how franky will get back but i don't think he will make another boat, perhaps a rocket....
im going with chopper using the birds to get back, but i wonder what he will learn there, perhaps something to do with developing his rumble balls, as im pretty sure he hasn't explored his powers as much as he could.
im stumped when it comes to robin, people are speculating about the bridge, but i think it will be about her developing her skills more, we saw on thriller bark that she could only use 'cien fleur wings' for not that long (even if she was carrying franky). so maybe through building the bridge she will increase her time length whilst flying
I hope some of the crew meets up with each other before they meet up with Luffy. I like the dynamics of some of their relationships.

I would love this. The last few crew members are way awesome and I think Oda could do some great things if he gave them more focus for a little while, in the way the series originally had so much focus on the first few crew members. It's a lot harder to get that development with NINE people all standing around talking, although Oda's taken the time to try, and he's given us some really neat stuff. I love Zoro and Brook hanging out in the graveyard at the end of TB.

that's one of the most boring pointless theories ive heard, what would be the point of sending the crew to upgrade, and then not show any of their new skills off, lame…..JUST LAME
i think that they shoulden't give flash backs so casualy but rather in a fight, wether it's at ID or latter in the pirate king game eg.
sanji is fighting a tough opponant and is getting beat down then on the ground he's thinking "this isn't working, it's embrassing but i think i might have to use those shitty moves the okama used" then theres a flash back panel in the backround, eventually the okama kempo doesn,t work but when fused with red leg sanji creates a whole new meaning of kicking ass.
the war will start and luffy and his "new team" will be involved after a long arc in impel down.. after the whole strawhat pirates had gathered in shabondy archipelago.. they will come to Impel Down to help Luffy's ass. x_x

what's the point, your layout of the story is to boring and predictable…..
im going with what '1010011010' said. have the crew fighting normally, and when i gets tough we see a new super-powerful move that pawns all, just like with every other time in the manga…..............why show some new moves and techniques unless its necessary? its the finale of the fight!
