do all the devil fruit users have a evil side kinda thing like chopper does??

Are you wondering if everyone is capable of turning into a Monster Point version of their Zoan devil fruit WITH the help of a rumble ball or if they can be evil or go on some sort of blind rampage in a super-powered form on their own? I'm going to assume it's about the rumble balls.
It's all speculation since we don't know what exactly goes on for Chopper's rumble balls. Yes, they mess with the devil fruit wavelength that allows him to distort/use more Zoan forms for himself. We'd have to assume that either the rumble balls act differently for each person if Chopper made them specifically for his physiology or that the rumble ball gives the same response for each Zoan devil fruit user, and that they'd have slightly different variations of Chopper's different points. If the rumble balls were developed specifically for Chopper and don't work or work differently for other users, then there's 3 possibilites: 1) never get a Monster Point, 2) achieve Monster Point in a different number of rumble balls from Chopper, and 3) achieve an opposite effect instead of Monster Point.
If the rumble balls effect all Zoan users the same way, then there's no telling what kind of Monster Point each person would achieve. I personally think that the reason Chopper became so big is because his Zoan fruit is the "Human" Devil Fruit, and a common "monster" form for humans is a giant. Hence hugeness and strength while he walks upright, with some reindeer features. Remember, only my assumption, not fact. Other Zoans could grow huge as well, and will definitely become more feral.
I (opinion only) think that the rumble balls could work for other Zoans, so the second big paragraph is what I think would happen if they ate the rumble balls.
My Idea about the Rumble Balls are that they act like normal drugs (since that's what they are, they're medicine Chopper developed to augment his Devil Fruit)
IF they were made to react to Zoan fruits in General, or if they're just for Chopper's fruit are unknown, but they probaibly have some effect on Other zoans, even if it's probabily a VERY negative effect.
Also, there's dosage. Chopper's only a lil' guy, what if someone with a bigger base-body were to take it? they'd probabily need more or less to achieve the effect, and would have a different time restriction for when you can take more. Plus, wether it could take Monster point or not is another question all it's own.
Long story short, it's WAY too complicated to speculate on, someone needs to Send Oda an SBS on the matter.
