Some DF that allows you to fly, especially an air logia would be so nice. :wub: Flying across town to get to school, disappearing and appearing at another place, being (almost) invulnerable … Maybe it was even possible to create a bubble around you so you can dive and breathe ... wonderful! :X

I have to go with the Invisible Fruit, as it'd let me get up to any sorts of mischief.
Before it was introduced, though, I would have said the Door Door Fruit. Being able to go anywhere would be nice, and Air Doors would be incredibly useful.
The handiest fruits would probably be either Robin's Hana Hana or Buggy's Bara Bara though. No pun intended.

Enel's, Aokiji's or Kuma's.
Aokiji's is good since you can just freeze shit and freeze the ocean to walk across it.
Enel's because zapping around would be fun as fuck.
Kuma's mainly because fucking teleportation would be REALLY useful

Out of the logias, either Pika Pika or Hie Hie. Zoans is hard, but I'd like to try out the Giraffe fruit, but I think anyone other than Kaku would find it awkward. I'd have to go with either Zou Zou or the dinosaur fruit of Drakes.
The paramecias just have so much variety. The Doku Doku fruit is really awesome, but I'd want to avoid the diarhea at all cost. The Mane Mane would be really fun, and the Nikyu Nikyu and Kage Kage are just awesome. Or the magnetic fruit or the space circle fruit! AHHHHHH! Too many fruits!!!!! HEAD EXPLODES…....Head reforms through collecting scattered light particles

With that assumption, there is easily one "best" fruit, and that is Blackbeard's Darkness fruit. Offensive capababilities matched with the potential to negate the abilities of all other Devil Fruits.
Clearly this is the best choice, especially assuming that I can train my hand to hand combat in parallel to the expectations of the One Piece world.

we havent really seen how haki works exactly, I find quite strange for blackbeard spending so much of his life to find a special fruit that cancels other fruit powers, just to find out ANYONE with proper haki can do it.
then again, haki is probably something you are born with and cant develop, perhaps blackbeard was born with a haki that cant negate fruits and that is why he searched for that fruit.
then again, haki probably needs a LOT of stamina to deal, you know, something like you can only deal 2 hits and you are out of haki, so the dark fruit is still useful because its limitless power to cancel other fruit powers.
just theories, but you should understand where am I heading right?

We don't know if Haki literally cancels out a Devil Fruit's abilities, or if it just gives some sort of ability to counter them.
So far we know that it helps some fighters "predict" their opponent's actions (the Gorgon sisters vs. Luffy) and that it helps some fighters "hit" Logia types (Raleigh vs. Light Admiral).
Blackbeard's fruit is KNOWN to negate a Devil Fruit's abilities, which to me is more directly useful than simply countering a Devil Fruit.

Muahaha, people still didn't get, that Paramecia abilities are way stronger than Logia abilities. Because of the flexibility and variation they make moves possible without any logical connection to each other. Like Doppelman and the Kage Kakumei move.

2. Time travel fruit
3. Invisiblity fruit
4. Teleportation fruit

In the real world… I probably wouldn't. I like swimming.
But if pressed, I'd probably choose Mr. 3's fruit.
Access to an infinite supply of an easily moldable substance that hardens stronger then steel? If nothing else, the applications in construction and such would be amazing, so long as it's not used to make stuff that needs to withstand heat. -

Or… lure Luffy into a metalic room. Instant pwn. I can spike him from whatever angle I desire.
Or... melt metal into countless needles, fly through the air while tossing them at Luffy from 360 degrees.
The list goes on...
And I would, when I go to the Grand Line, create a submarine like Wapol's. I could then launch my electricity into the ocean, killing whoever I want to (even better than the Judgement thing he does)

needles won't stop luffy, you need to do a black box but with gold, then have spikes protrude from the inside, then trow it in the ocean.

Well, with a huge downside. Kalifa has not the foam foam fruit, but the clean clean fruit. She can clean away anything with her ability. Much like all paramecia type devilfruits, the ability has a general effect. Like Kuma's paw paw fruit, has the power to push anything. Even air and himself at the speed of light.
So a bath with your girlfriend could have a desastrous outcome.
As well as your hie hie logia. People just don't think practical.
