Their fate would be unknown, which is ok, since we know Hancock at least made the right choice. I don't agree with the notion that they would be defeated. I think they have all the advantages against the Marines, and with the help of Hancock, they should be fairly well off. This all still assumes she even loses her position.
So which is it a Chi Chi thing which would obviously need to be realized at the end of the manga or a fate unknown? Also having a whole island have a fate unknown after Bon already did it for Luffy again seems off. Plus it was implied in story that the crew would at minimum would return to AL, can't do that with a fate unknown.

Jinbei is in Luffy's debt. Their interaction thus far strongly suggests that he will continue with Luffy at least until Fishman Island. He might also have a debt towards Whitebeard, but he is paying that off right now. Afterward he will have more obligation to remain with Luffy than anyone else, IMO.
Paying it off? Whitebeard didn't save FI for Jimbei personally, the reason why Jimbei feels indebted to Whitebeard is more in the eternally grateful sort of way, not a way in which can be quantified so that Jimbei could say "Now we're even". If Whitebeard dies Jimbei could more than likely choose to stick with the WB pirates and aid them in keeping FI safe, it's logical since it's his whole reason for being grateful to WB in the first place. He came to this war due his concern and legitimate attachment to the WB pirates. Now I feel it's probable that Jimbei could stick with Luffy till FI but at the same time it's also probable that he could leave with the WB pirates.

Hancock openly attacked Marines prior to the scene with Smoker, and made it fairly clear that she was still following her terms of agreement. The thing with Smoker and Luffy ended with Marines witnessing her 'defeat' at the hands of Luffy, so it can easily go either way at this point.
It ended with her attacking Smoker again, and there is a clear difference to the nature of the attacks on the fodders to the obvious and overt way that she attacked Smoker, Smoker himself realizes that he was purposefully attacked and she didn't deny it either. Smoker has no reason to cover for Hancock and every reason to rat her out since he despises pirates.

It was heavily implied that the marines would attack Amazon Lily, Amazon Lily isn't relying on marine protection because the calm belt keeps people away from it, so that means that the marines would be the only ones doing anything to it. They would attack them because they are a pirater ran tribe.
Also the marines/WG do enslave, see Tequila Wolf.
