I thought it'd be fun for anyone who had an idea for filler to tell about it
and since I don't really have an idea off the top off my head XD, I think one of you guys should start first :3

Best thing to use for filler in my opinion would be Oda's cover stories, though I'm not sure if you can call those fillers since it would be canon. I think think it's at all too late for Toei. For instance, the one where Django and Fullbody work under Hina, they can always make it where one of them thinks back to the past about how it all happened. I would love to see CP9's sidestory animated. There might even be other good ones since I haven't read a portion of the manga. I think Toei can spare a few episodes for cover stories. They shouldn't be as long as Buggy's early sidestory though. Under one episode, like maybe 15 minutes should do it. After covering the sidestories, then I'll be OK with fillers.
