Probably eBay, but beware of bootlegs. Also, most anime DVDs in Japan are like $50-$60 for a 3-episode DVD or a movie, so be expecting to pay.

I hope Funimation starts to license the movies soon.

I'm pretty sure they already have when they licensed the series. They just haven't planned to release them yet. They did movie 8 cause Toei demanded it.
