I don't think it's officially out yet. However, if you wait a while, an official MP3 should be coming out sooner rather than later, I guarantee it. Hell, I wager they'll make an MP3 of the Black Handkerchief of Happiness.

Seriously? I've seen like 4-5 threads on this site alone promoting an mp3 rip from the actual episode. Just dip into the actual One Piece section of the forum and you'll find some threads.
As for an official mp3, yeah, it's not going to be out for a while.
