I think Tsuna did develop a lot. The reason he went back was because of him meeting Emma. I'm not sure if you caught it but there was a lot of similarities between Emma and Tsuna. Tsuna also saw Emma as the guy he used to be. So of course it would cause problems for his new development. However, you guys just want Tsuna to wake up and be rambo. Silly.

Just because someone had the same personality the main character did from the start should not be a just cause for the main character to revert back to that state. If anything Tsuna should of been trying to help Enma out more giving him more encouragement since he knows what it felt like to be discouraged an made fun of. I don't want Tsuna to be rambo but what I don't want to see is Tsuna from the daily life arc in the current arc.

The hell has the reborn time line got to do with anything? I get it, you want to blame the lack of progression of Tsuna's character on the duration of each arc.

The duration of real time in the story or of each arc have nothing to do with the character progression. It's the trials and tribulations in each arc that bring about character growth.

Don't dodge the topic I like Reborn too but Tsuna is one of the most annoying characters I've read in a while. Again how does Lambo and Hibari have more character develpoment than Tsuna?

For Lambo and Hibari their character development has progressed from zilch to zilch. The same can be said for nearly every character in Reborn

You also have to remember that Tsuna doesn't want to be apart of the mob. Once he finally starts to except things which he does in the future arc. He's torn between the man he's becoming and the kid he used to be. I think it'd be too much of a stretch for him to just ignore these things.

As for everyone else the KHR timeline does matter. Your cries of lack of development would have a stronger base if at least 2 years passed. I said the future arc lasted ten minutes because they were in the bazooka but they obviously weren't gone for as long as they were in the future thus ten minutes. It may of been 20 minutes because I believe they went back to the past. Now I'm a little confused on the time line cuz I forget how long they were in the past for.

I believe each character has their core parts and I also believe they've been developing.

Again, I'd have used this post to respond to Almost, but his desperation and attempt to twist a topic-changing moot point in his favor with "lol future arc only took 10 minutes in the present!" is forcing me to go sigh and facepalm somewhere.

Yep. Tsuna has manned up a couple of times then reverted back to his usual annoying self. The other characters in the series haven't had any development since they were introduced, well any that I can recall, adn have been the same since day 1.

Community is one show that I can rely on to give me laughs, best think on tv at the moment IMO. Started watching Married with children, another hilarious show. I nearly peed myself when the salad part came up in the 2nd episode, and everything Al utters has me laughing

You may have a point there. Because to me it doesn't make sense. I'm not going to force myself to read a manga or watch an anime based on a character I detest and cry about every week. It's much simpler to just put it down. However, as silenced has proved that's easier said than done.

I read it for the fucking luls. :getlost: Taking 5 mins to read a chapter is something I can live with. I've never watched the anime and I'm not going to start soon. The only reason I'm reading it is to see it through to the end just for the sake of finishing it

However, I don't get those points. You can be a fan of something and have it go to shit on you totally and lose interest in it all together. When it comes to manga/anime it tends to be the norm that they end bad and it turns to shit. As long as I deem something enjoyable I will continue it despite what others may say. Everyone have there different taste. But sometimes you gotta know when to stop. Typically hating the main protagonist should be your first indicator.

We accepted the main character was a whiny fuck at the start, but after about 300 chapters he is still a whiny fuck. Although the main character is a complete failure as a protagonist, there are some decent side characters like yamamoto, xanxus, squalo and ryohei. It isn't going to kill anyone to spend 5 mins reading the manga just to see how it plays out in the end.

i disagree with you. komatsu is 1000 better character than tsuna and Ichigo will ever be. yes he's weak, whiner, pussy and annoying, but he get the job done. he's doing the best he can and he improve little by little as the story progress unlike tsuna and Ichigo. although ichigo become worst as a character as the story goes.

The Vongola Gear power up is interesting, even if the buildup makes it seem lame. What annoyed me is the forced and awkward situation that requires the new XX-Burner (presumably the name based on the "XX" in the final spread).

Tsuna's transformation left a lot to be desired. The upgrates it did have were okay but… for the boss of the family his was the 2nd most lame transformation (Gokudera's being #1). Yamamoto's and Lambo's are both perfect examples of good transformations since their whole outfits and styles changed. Whereas Tsuna... just got more stuff :P So yeah, chapter was average at best. I'm not gonna lie and say I'm not excited to see the full impact of this blast though.

BTW, I seen "TV" and "April 29th" in the little Reborn advertisement. Does this mean the return of the anime is still happening, or was that like an "as seen on TV" kinda thing.

Yeah, about a week ago I said AL was going to get banned and lo and behold he was. I had amazing foresight there, although Silence is correct that he had been acting up lately.

I don't think it was a joke that Kisame and Yonkou were banned, but I don't know what Yonkou did to get banned. He seemed alright from what I saw of him, although maybe I'm thinking of a different Yonkou.

I haven't said anything about this black hole stuff because I thought it would be a bit merciful, but fucking jesus really. It's not even benefit-of-the-doubt believable. Reborn's calm explanation of just what they were and how much gravity they had two chapters ago was one of the most pre-fucking-posterous expositions I've seen in manga.
