So what's your favorite "Oh Shi-!" moment in One Piece?
This one from when Spandam realized his entire conversation with Robin about his men being expendable has got to be my favorite one by far.

When they think they've escaped the oncoming waves of the Aqua Laguna in Water 7 and rest up only to be hit by a bigger wave…
...but are saved by Paulie. That section is just suspense after suspense. Love it.

I would say that some of them do u guys are just biass because it's not from the manga. If the filler arc was in the manga then I bet u guys would love it.

Luffy and Usopp fighting with Usopp winning for most of it. You didn't expect him to put up much of a fight but he did.

Luffy smacking Bellamy's scrawny ass into the ground with one punch back in Mock Town.
One of the most "Oh Shi-" and "Oh so satisfying" moments in the whole show in my opinion.

Seriously though, when Usopp decided to fight Luffy and challenged him. I remember getting an OH SHI- face.

When Mr. 1 decked Zoro into a house and buried him, upon which Zoro got back up and threw a gigantic chunk of house at him. That left a strong impression on me when I first saw that.

My first "OH SH*-" moment was when I first saw how strong the monster trio actually were, being able to kick, slice, and punch down trees. It's like I had forgotten I was watching an anime with non-normal characters; my face looked exactly like Nami's and Usopp's during that scene. It's my still my favorite because for some reason it makes me laugh the hardest.

Luffy punching Bellamy into the ground. The way that Luffy and Zoro just did nothing while he was fucking with them made you want to see it even more. And when it finally happened…wow. Just too good.

I will say that I didn't start seriously following the series until just before the Enies Lobby Arc. Every other arc, I read wikipedia spoilers to them, so I knew what was going to happen. That being said, while Croc stabbing Luffy is definitely an oh shi- moment, it's not fair for me to mention it as I already knew it was going to happen when I saw it.
Now, my favorite moment was Zoro using Shishi Sonson on Kuma. If there was any Oh shi- moment for me, that was the moment. However, if a moment can be extended, it's the entire scene from the use of Shishi Sonson to just after Sanji finds Zoro after Zoro absorbed the entirety of the bubble.
A close second would have to be the last two pages of the One Piece chapter aptly entitled, "Hell".

Could you please tell more accurately what "Oh Shi"-moment means? Is it like "Oh we're so fucked" or "Holy shit is that awesome"

The first time I saw the original Japanese episodes.
I discovered One Piece watching the 4Kids dub on TV in middle school. I didn't have any other friends who were into it, so I had no idea it had been censored. When it got to Vivi's arc, somebody mentioned that the Japanese version was further along in the story, so I started watching it online so I wouldn't have to wait a week to find out what happened next.
The first episode I watched was the one where Luffy is climbing the Drum Rockies and he skids down the side, grinding off the ends of his fingers and toes. Seeing that much blood in the series for the first time made me just about jump out of my skin!
Going back later on to re-watch the early parts of the anime uncensored, the biggest shock by far was Bellemere's death. It totally blindsided me- I had no idea! You can see how 4Kids handled it here:
