I was sitting here on AP next to my sister and all the sudden I hear a calm, cool, and familiar raspy voice. at first I couldn't place it but I think It was Steven Blum ( for those of you who are unaware exactly who Blum is its Cowboy Bebop's Spike Speigal)

Steve Blum, along with Johnny Yong Bosch, and Kyle Hebert are totally the three most used English VAs (especially the first two) in dubs of well-known anime in the past several years.

Yup. One of his few higher-pitched voice roles, which still gets me as to how he did it, seeing as how I normally identify him with characters that are more "in-your-face."
He's also voiced a ton of other anime characters (i.e.: Rossiu from Gurren Lagann, Genma from Naruto, etc.)
