Skypiea, Good? Bad? Huh?

I for one hated Skypiea, to me it was basically just filler in the manga. If anyone wants to try and prove me wrong then go ahead.

(it may have some later impact but if it does i dont see why they used such a boring and uninteresting arc to achieve that outcome)
