Jk, but really, I'm not sure. Let me try..
Luffy - Party/Action/Action-Adventure/Rhythm games
Zoro - RPG/Adventure/Action games
Usopp - Shooting/FPS/Party games
Robin - Puzzle/Skill idono
Franky - The kind where you customize and build shit, idono, fighting
Chopper - Maybe anything
Nami - Navigation/Stealth(think MSG)/Puzzle games iono
Sanji - Cooking/Interactive/Rhythm iono either
Brooke - Rhythm/Music/RPG iono again for the 100th time. -

Luffy would be an all around gamer with the exception of the fact that he doesn't like puzzle or turn based RPGs. I think he'd like Kingdom Hearts or Super Smash Brothers.
I believe Zoro would absolutely hate video games in general. He would have no idea what to do with it. He'd MIGHT play with a group, but it would have to be a serious game. I'd say easy team games like X-Men Legends or beat-em-ups.
Nami would at first find it stupid, but absolutely love it when she found a game she is good at. She'd start off with some generally easy games, and then become somewhat great at most games. I think she'd be a Gears of War and Metal Gear Solid type of girl. She'd idolize Lara Croft.
Ussop would, without a doubt, be a hardcore gamer. He'd play anything, except for some sports games and majority of horror games (due to fear). He'd love stratigizing and tactics. His favorites would most likely be Odin Sphere, Final Fantasy Tactics, and Warcraft III.
Sanji would start playing around the time Nami would. I think he'd be mediocre as a gamer. He'll playing if the entire group is playing, and only play alone if it is really worth it. However, he's often playing XBox Online, searching for females. His favorites would be Dead or Alive (obvious reasons) and Soul Calibur.
Chopper would be a hardcore gamer, but almost toward the peek of Ussop. If he'd have free time while out and about, he'd pull out his DS or PSP and start clicking away. Considering Chopper admiration for heroics, I believe his favorites would be Fable and Zelda. He'd have a fond liking of Viva Pinata as well.
Robin would start off watching the others play. Some games, she'd hate, others she'd love. The games that would interest her are either games that had great stories or games that aimed to scare. Her favorites would be Silent Hill 2, Eternal Darkness, and Odin Sphere.
Franky would most likely have played every video game on the shelf before anyone else. If he liked it, he'd play every inch of the game. If he hated it, he'd drop the game on the spot. If you've ever had an XBox friend who has over 20,000 gamerscore since he/she rents games all the time, I think that would be like Franky. His favorites would be Starcraft, No More Heroes, and Castlevania kind of guy.
Brooke would love 95% of what is on the Nintendo Wii. He'd play all the weirdest games. However, the 5% are of course the horror games he is too afraid to play. Brooke would also like classic gaming. His favorites would most likely be Katamari Damacy and No More Heroes. Imagine Brooke recharging his sword in No More Heroes. "Yohohohohoho!"

Luffy: Something easy to get into with no real brainpower needed. Most FPS come into mind here.
Zoro: I can't see him wanting to get into anything really. Fighting or Sword based games I could see. That's about it.
Nami: I could see her playing Puzzle games and for some reason ones like Spyro and Mario and such. But that's about it.
Sanji: Tomb Raider and just about anything with hot chicks in.
Usopp: Probably anything he can get his hands onto. He would claim he completed the game on the hardest difficulty yet is pretty bad at gaming in general.
Chopper: Mario, Zelda. He'd be a Nintendo fanboy, easily. Trauma Center too.
Robin: Strategy and Puzzle games mainly. I could see her playing Trauma Center too… for different reasons to Chopper tho. (I think there is even a picture of them two playing that game somewhere.) Maybe something story driven like an RPG too. A demon on the Wii.
Franky: Car Racing games, especially ones where you soup up cars.
Brooke: Wii Music springs to mind XD Aswell as Guitar Hero and so on.

Usopp: FPS like CS he pwns w/ AWP or Rock Band cuz of his LOCK OON voice
Robin: Puzzle or any games w/ dark styles in it

Sanji probably wouldn't play anything but dating sims and hentai games.
Chopper might show interest but then freak out and run out of the room when he starts up a game of Resident Evil.
Robin would probably spend more time reading the strategy guides.

I can't believe no one's thought of Sanji and Zoro bringing their rivalry into a fighting game (Smash, MK, Street Fighter, ect.).

Ace would play just about everything…sports, shooting, adventure..anything involving his hot body...cough sorry..moving onZoro would prolly find everything a guilty pleasure..hiding like he was touching himself not unless of course the gang challenged him to something and Sanji wanted to prove he waas better. Once Zoro came out of the closet I'd say he'd enjoy anythign that he could try to level up or jsut get better with skill. Fighting games, Wii high detection games…No More Heroes he would play other type of action games but only if he could get a hernia playing it.
Sanji would be a mediocre gamer at frst…trying to kill Zoro thu digital pleasure of course. on his days of doign nothign he would enjoy a group game quicker than Zoro would and prolly owuld enjoy ANYTHIGN with beautiful girls (i.e. Dead or Alive / Rumble Roses). i do see him enjoying a good cartoony sport game like Mario Soccer..but he woudl definately play any cooking game, music game..and anyhtign Nami or RObin would play..or jsut lye in their arms or peek from around the corner...

Luffy would so play anythign e could try to get his hands on..but once stories and directions got too complicated for his ADD brain..he'd play thigns he could mash...like Dynasty Warriors..or Naruto for the gamecube... HE's all about thigns that go BOOM and COLOR...he'd play ADVENTURE GAMES and anythign about pirates..no matter how difficult it gets or if he has to pass the ocntroller to Robin or USssop...Ussopp loves stories tactics and fun all around…he'll love RPGS, Shooters (of course), platformers and prolly hate sports and Resident Evil type games..poor Ussopp..
Nami would prolly be a great gamer and love jsut baout anyhting challenging. She might not be too much into fighting games but would love being the girl-gamer amidst all the horny or shocked boyz. She'd play anything she could play with soemoen else..and may get bored playign alone…she's got better thigns to do..like being hot XD
Robin would be my favorite gamer..kinda..cuz she'd love RPGS and anythign historcial. If it has mindless gameplay but teaches about artifacts like a 120000 page old book..she's there. She would also enjoy group games but prolly woudlnt always vouch to play them. She's soo kewl..i want to be her assistant in life..u know if i were there or she were here
Brooke would soo be on the music scene..and group games…like DDR or guitar hero...he'd so watch nami and RObin play anythign in their pajamas...or play anythign with them....if Nami needed a sucker to practice her Chun Li on... If there is any game with beautiful music he'll either jsut watch soemoen play or if it's interactive..then he'll play. Games like Eternal Sonata...that have ebautiful music he'll prolly play. Plus he's old and liek the guy further up in this forum staed..he'll prolly play 2-d.
Franky's nutz and will prolly play anythign with action. Action games, shooting games, group games, and thing involving customizablecrap. Banjo Kazzoie, Sim City, Dark Cloud to name a few.
