t seem to get that the POPs we get are based on the popularity poll… Were defenetly getting Kidd, Law and Rayleigh, its only a matter of time. If they choose to do girls its going to be Bonney or Perona. Buggy and Enel are next ones after theese guys so they are possible too. Crocodile and other Shichibukais are not.

Chopper has three POPs? Brain Point, Chopperman, and I guess you're referring to the first Usopp, but I think of that Chopper as more of an accessory. I'm glad they split them up in the NEO line. He's in the same old brain point form for all of them, though.
I like the POP line, but recently sold the rest of mine. The only POP I want would be one of the following: Chopper Horn Point, Arm Point, Jump Point, Walk Point or Heavy Point. If that happens, maybe I'll think about picking up some of the others again. I'd only ever buy the Brain Point POP if I could put it next to one of Chopper's larger forms.
However, I'd like to see more figures for all of the main crew…different arc designs and poses instead of re-release after re-release. As awesome as it is to see secondary characters get so much love (and I hope it continues), I'm only potentially interested in the Straw Hats.

We really don't need anymore Chopper POPs, even if it's in a new point. There's already far too much merchandise of him, yes, I know he's the cash cow cause of fangirls. But keep it mainly to plushies where it belongs, please. I disagree about Chopper being split in the Neo line, he just needed to be re-released with Usopp so us people who want the straw hats don't have to chuck out for the sogeking and chopper POP.

I dont know how he get that information. But there is someone one Kaizoku foums who says that Aokiji and Mihawk
will be released in May…. thats 5 months :blink: :sad: Is that for real?Iam also wondering what Megahouse is going to do with the other POP lines.

merry christmas guys, i just put an order in for Nami version 2 and luffy POPs from HLJ, the exchange rates gone up sooooooo much its unbeleivable!!! i was hoping to get at leat 3 POPs but just those 2 came to £60 i feel sick! i bought a sanji POP a while ago for 4000 yen which was about £26, but no 4000 yen is like £30 :(

Unfortunately I practically twisted Kid Zoro's neck joint off. It's way to hard to attach/detach the heads...

t belive in Urouge POP, but Crocodile POP is not going to happen anytime soon either :P Dont get me wrong, Id rather have him then half of the other possibilities, I like Croc, but we need to face the truth :P I dont remember Croc being higher then Enel or Buggy in the poll that was before the recent one, correct me if Im wrong. And no matter how absurd it seems, Pell IS a popular characters *looks at the amount of fanart* Though you cant judge by it - Aokiji hardly has any and yet he scored that hight in pp~

I had actually posted those a few pages back, in much higher resolution. Also, I don't see how a Crocodile is so hard a possibility. It doesn't matter what the character poll says, most see Crocodile as "thee" villain of OP, and he was also the villain of probably the highest rated arc in the series.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, my volume 45 just came in the mail which I bought from eBay. mkbooks is too awesome, $7.50 well spent. Tho it came from Japan just like that thing I ordered from HLJ, but was actually from a person and not a company, so I hope it does get here.

Got a few One Piece things thanks to a gift card. Since I don't have a (working) camera right now, I'll just say what I've got so far.

I'm hoping to nab myself some of those Unlimited Cruise figures, if I can get more money.

For X-mas, my first One Piece POP figure, which was of course kid Nico Robin, I also got the english volumes 1 - 3 for X-mas as well. Since I already have Volume 9 in english so I pretty much going to begin buying the manga. And I'll be posting pictures when I have a chance I want to post a picture of Kid Robin standing by my IF Labs Battle damage Piccolo and Yuskue.

AFTER AN ENTIRE MONTH (NOV. 30TH), MY EUREKA VOICE-I DOLL FINALLY CAME!
Sadly, it wasn't all happy times… as the package was damaged, big time. The shipping box was CRUSHED! I figured that was okay, as she was put in a box bigger than hers (which I knew cause I have Renton)… but I opened the box to find a nightmare.
Her display box was damaged, but that wasn't the problem.... THE ENTIRE PACKAGE ON THE INSIDE WAS SOAKED IN WATER!!! I don't know how, as the outside of the box was dry as a whistle, but the inside was completely soaked like it just got dunked in water, her display box CRUMBLED as I picked it up. Thankfully, by the Goddess Luck, she was completely fine, and even her electronic talking base which was filled with water still speaks just fine.
I've never had something like this before, all my packages ever came fast and safe, but this time it took a month and it was almost ruined. Thankfully the actual merchandise wasn't harmed, tho. But it's irking me how this happened, the box being smashed I can understand, but the inside being covered in (what seemed like brand new) water while the shipping box was perfectly dry? What the hell happened?

Damn, that sucks big time.
I just got my package today…HALF OF IT.
I don't know where the other half is....hopefully it's still coming, but I don't know.
So, for now, I only have Smoker, Ace, and Namiv1 today but not the DB figures (my email says 2 boxes but I only have one).
Luckily, for me, nothing is damaged. That won't amount to much, however, if the other box does not come.

Maybe the whole thing fell into water somewhere, someone wanned to hide that from whoever he was givig the packedge next, put it into a new shipping box before sending it onward.

No, it was HLJ's shipping box. Their logo and the merchandise stickers, all that. It either happened while they were putting in the box, which I highly doubt cause I don't think they'd be so careless, and also the fact it was in the mail for a whole month. I guess it did get wet, and the box had time to dry but the insides were still wet cause they were sealed.

I don't open my figures. I like them in the box. Also, I don't actually have any room to display them properly. So there's 2 reasons.

@ Buuhan: This is why EMS is a much better option at times. With the dropping value of the US Dollar vs. the Japanese Yen, I can relate with why you'd go with SAL shipping over EMS. But the big drawback in it is that really random shit like this can happen to your stuff, seeing as how HLJ encourages EMS shipping over the other options, such as SAL.
Though, customs may have had a hand as to why your display box for Eureka was wet, while I'm assuming the HLJ box was dry. But yeah, you might wanna get that issue resolved somehow and/or notify them about it, since you're more partial to keeping your collectibles in its box.

Why? Last I heard HLJ doesn't offer refunds, especially not to SAL shippers as they state it's not insured. Also, there's nothing wrong with her. Her speaker still even works fine.

Oh, you must have misunderstood. I don't keep my items in boxes. I've never bought something that I didn't open. I take them out and display them. I wasn't complaining that the box was ruined (tho I do save the boxes), but rather it happened. Hahaha.
But I'm curious why you think it was customs?

HOLY SHIT! The Odz is 14,700 yen!!! That's an average $140-$170! He must be huge!! Nightmare Luffy is 5,480 yen, while the keychains and pillow cases are only around a few dollars..
EDIT: I just noticed there was a guy holding the Odz. Yep, he's huge.

Hallo! It's been a very long time since I've posted here last, but some of you may remember me from the old collectibles thread.
For those who are interested, I have been continuing my One Piece collection, having kept up with most of the POP figures as they were released, as well as with the Styling sets, the 'Unlimited Adventure' and 'Unlimited Cruise' figures, the manga/artbooks/etc. of course, and a few other things.
But I come to you now with a question. Do you think that it would be worthwhile for me to double dip on the Neo releases for the POP figures? Or if not double dipping outright, 'upgrading' my classic figures by replacing them with the Neo releases? I've heard that the Neo POPs were redone or something, making them look better than the old ones, but I don't know if that's just a rumour or subjective opinion or whatever. Since so many of the people here probably have the Neo POPs, I figured that it would be the best place to ask.

@ Buuhan: Yeah, sleep deprivation makes me misread the information a bit from time to time, lol.
Depending on where your shipment stopped, especially in the Asian countries that aren't Japan, customs can be really finicky, as they get "suspicious" of whatever item is being shipped to and from their region, depending on the circumstances and etc.
At least I can relate with this on a personal account, but that's another story altogether.
Then again, the person in charge of handling all of the shipments (regardless of region) and/or the staff in charge of transporting your specific box could've had a bad case of butterfingers and had it slip in the water. Who knows?

Remember- they're lottery items (see the "A" on Oz? the "B" on Luffy?), so that means that, in theory, it's impossible to buy directly from Banpresto. The only way people can obtain them is by actually winning the lottery, so you, the consumer, will have to pay for all the money they invest to win.
BTW, where did you see those prices? I really like the horo-horo afflicted SH figures.

But yeah what's up with HLJ I got ace a few weeks back and ace's box looked like it had been stepped on. Was all crushed. I was forced to open him. He was just fine though.I'm still on the edge about opening my figures. I have a Detolf display case that I want to put them in. On one hand it seems stupid to just leave them in the box but on the other some of these figures are hard to get and are discontinued. I mean I just ordered a Tashigi P.O.P. (I only been collecting the p.o.p.'s) I thought I would never even see that one any where….....
Does anyone have SogeKing? Is he going to get a re-release?
