Now that someone has posted this. I was wondering. Does anyone has the episode of the old fansub that came before Kaizoku Fansub? As well, does anyone has the episodes from the fansub that sub the Davy Jones arc + movie 6?

There was no group before KF. There was Gerusama after and then ADC, now Vegapunk and Instantz.

I don't recall anyone other then K-F. Do you mean AKUPX? But that was a joint with K-F…
Also, K-F have subberd Davy Back and Movie 6, so there's no need to search for half dead Gerusama torrents...

YEs there used to be another Fansub way before K-F. That Fansub died. I think it lasted till episode 11. They drop One Piece, because apparently it was going to get liscense by Funimation. But it seems the deal was cancel. Then came K-F to pick up from episode 1. After that 4kids liscense the series. You can confirm it in the K-F website. :)

Yeah that was the Fansub I was looking for. Balf. Damn, I have forgotten about them.
I got all the K-F files, Gerusama, VegaPunk, and INP files. The thing is that I like to collect all the fansub of my favorite series. I guess you would call it weird thou, but with it I can compare few stuff. The way each group develops a translation. When Ragnarok Animation was sub, I downloaded from Shinsensubs and Anime One. Both of them use different term in their translation. I guess, it's a way to learn a bit more and to collect what probably few will remember.
I anyone got a torrent for Balf's One Piece Episodes and for te Fansub that Came before K-F was born, I would be very grateful ^_^.

Theres also Balf fansubs but KF has subbed everything they did, and they where inconsistent about doing fullscreen or widescreen episodes for 207 and beyond.
So its:
KF
Balf
Gerusama
ADC Elites
Vegapunk
Instantz
VS/Nakama FansubsIf I'm missing any let me know. KF is four episodes away from finishing everything Gerusama did, and after that neither Balf or Gerusama will be relevant.
