A new reality series on Sci-Fi, it's basis is that of a "real life video game". Players are dropped off in a remote abandoned area and their goal is to… stay alive. Or to be literal, resist getting tagged by one of the "hunters", which are a series of men and women dressed in suits and act as if they're machines.
The players strive to stay "alive" for 60 minutes, earning $1,000 for every minute they stay alive. However, only one person gets to keep this money, and that's by finding and entering the "exit point" which is revealed towards the end of the game. The other players who are tagged or aren't the first to enter the exit point, get nothing.
During the show, they get devices to help save themselves from the hunters.
The Deflector: As the name suggests, it's a remote like device when aimed at a hunter will deflect the hunter away from the player who used it. If someone else if nearby or with that said player, the hunter will instantly go for them instead. It can only be used per player.
Invisible Glasses: Upon deactivating their back-pack (which can only be deactivated by connecting it to another players back-pack) the player gets a pair of invisible glasses, upon putting these on, the player becomes invisible to all hunters for 2 minutes. If a player doesn't deactivate their back-pack, half way into the game it will start emitting a loud holler, alerting hunters of the players location. This alarm runs for 10 minutes. The Invisible Glasses can only be used once.
Finally, there's the spray (forget the name): This when aimed at a hunter will freeze the hunter for 2 minutes. Can only be used once.
Okay, I think I typed everything worth noting out. I think it's pretty entertaining so far. Who else watched it?
